Very old property. Except for the lobby, which was given a make over. The room we stayed smelled bad special from air conditioning which must be 30 years old. All furnitures are old. We were at breakfast area at 8.20 and everything was empty. The lady took forever to fill scrambled eggs. Many left waiting for more than 30 mins, including me. Very slow food service. I would never stay in comfort inn again.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything above you, and beside you. They also have a $250 noise complaint fee. We have a 2 year old and she was running back and forth (she says 30lbs) and the people under us filed a noise complaint which I found ridiculous. She wasn’t screaming just simply toddler running. We found dirty socks beside the bed that weren’t ours. Our air and heating system didn’t work. It would work for a few minutes and then stop. To top it all off we were eating breakfast and the high hair my toddler was in broke with her sitting in it. We aren’t very picky people, we just needed a quick stay but we paid $150 for one night and then $150 “damage protection fee” and it wasn’t worth it.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the responsiveness of staff in dealing with a noise complaint and daily checking in to see how they could improve their services. However, I did not like the area where the hotel was located because it felt unsafe, and there were no dining options nearby. Also, the lobby area was not inviting, and is badly in need of a remodel. Overall, however, it was decently priced.
