Beautiful and restful apartment near Queenscliff

Travelling from East Gippsland to Port Fairy we needed a night in between to rest, especially after travelling on the ferry across the Bay. We were lucky enough to find this pretty accommodation near Queenscliff. The kitchenette was well stocked with breakfast and snack goodies. Two lovely bedrooms, exactly as pictured featured thr MOST comfortable beds. The timing of our stay meant we did not have time to utilise the lovely courtyard garden. Great shower with excellent water pressure was a bonus! All in all, it is a really beautiful property, well maintained and with lovely hosts.

A great stay at 'By the Bay'

'By the Bay' is in a great location at St Leonards. It is close to lots of Bellarine Peninsula highlights. The accommodation is very comfortable and with ample space. The lush backyard & garden was perfect for our Frenchie who loved exploring. Kaz is a perfect host & provided everything you will ever need.

Clean and convenient.

Caz was very helpful. Being seniors, we were back from our family function relatively early - watching tv in bedroom not very comfortable, although Caz told us the screen in the lounge/study, with its comfortable seating, would soon be available to use as a normal tv. Would stay there again if available.

Beautifully appointed premises, Every detail had been thought of:ample breakfast choices, all kinds of soaps and lotions, a lovely, big bath ,even a shawl to don if too cool to sit outside and everything spotless. Both bedrooms open onto a lovely garden with private table,chairs and cushions.. Everything is very tastefully done leaving nothing more to be desired. A truly gracious host made us totally welcome, including our small dog.

Great little spot at St Leonards

Caz had thought of everything. The place was immaculately clean and well set up. The little extra touches such as the snacks and breakfast we very much appreciated. Really quiet location that is walking distance to beach and main street.

A nice home away from home

Caz is a great host, nothing is ever too much trouble, and everything you need is there. She has thought of pretty much everything you may need for your stay. Close to shops/beach. A gorgeous little place, recommend it.

Welcoming and Generous

Caz and Kevin’s home was warm, welcoming and comfortable. The home is very generously supplied with breakfast food, has a nice eating area outside and a lovely bathroom including bath.
