1️⃣ Misrepresentation of the room
The room provided did not resemble a suite. It lacked a suite layout, had no seating area or table, and had no balcony
2️⃣ Strong damp / musty smell from hot tub
The hot tub caused an unpleasant damp smell throughout the room. Ventilating the room was extremely difficult due to the limited window and excessive street noise outside.
3️⃣ Advertised soundproofing is false
Your website promises soundproof rooms, yet we experienced:
* Loud music from outside late into the night and repeated disturbances meant we struggled to sleep every night.
4️⃣ Wi-Fi and TV features not working
There was **no functioning Wi-Fi** during our stay — neither for the TV nor for our personal devices. When queried, reception simply replied: *“It doesn’t work.”*
This is unacceptable for a hotel promoting modern, connected rooms.
5️⃣ Misleading minibar setup
Snacks and alcohol were placed next to complimentary items with **no price list provided**, making them appear free. This felt deceptive and designed to catch guests out.
6️⃣ Intimidating penalty policy
We were issued two key / towel cards and later discovered the €50 per card replacement fee in fine print. This created unnecessary stress to protect the cards we didn’t need and felt like a hidden charge tactic.
7️⃣ Maintenance & quality issues
* Very cracked worn out sink
*The “iPad” advertised in room is simply a phone extension with no internet functionality
The hotel aren’t interested in solving
