This is our second time staying here and had thought this is where we would come regularly to stay as we visited my mother in a nursing home. First, the good: The staff are always friendly. The rooms are very spacious and have a table that rolls around the room to meet multiple needs, basic dishes to eat in the room as desired, a fridge/freezer combo that will allow you to eat and store meals, and a microwave for cooking said meals or warming them up. There is a couch that is also a pull out—this is in the 2 queen bed rooms or the king bedroom. The TV has services such as Netflix, Disney, etc that you can log in to and they will log you out on check out. They have a salt water pool (our children said it was a little cold this weekend). They have a breakfast area with a great variety of options, especially at this price point. Opportunities for growth: They started charging an incidental fee. I am used to giving a card in case of incidentals but they actually charge you and then refund it days later. The beds are VERY firm. The walls and ceilings must be paper thin—people were loud in the hall and there was a guest running around in the room above The breakfast buffet has a good variety but they run out of the yogurt frequently and do not refill it always, Most of the egg sandwich items taste like they came from a package and are sometimes undercooked or cold. Also, the staff do not always stay up on re-filling. We decided to try somewhere else next time

The hotel is new, in great shape, and clean. The rooms were large and there was a partially equipped kitchenette. All of this could have led to a five star review. However, shortly after arrival we went down to the small convenience store in the lobby for snacks since we were going to have a late dinner. I knew the snacks would be overpriced, although they were more so than I predicted. But the issue was that a few days later I discovered that I had been charged twice for the snacks. I contacted the hotel and they told me to wait, that one charge would drop off. I told them the charges would not drop off, they were no longer pending. I sent a screenshot of my bank statement. I have emailed them three times since then with no response from them (over the course of two weeks). At this point I will be reporting the duplicate charge to my bank as fraud. Their customer service is terrible, bordering on illegal. It overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.

They weren't ready for 3 p.m. check in. Probably short staffed and had been full the night before. Room was very clean (only opened in July). Breakfast person could not keep up with food and coffee. They probably needed more help. I'd stay there again though with no hesitation.

Very clean hotel. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great, there was enough bedding for our family of six, AND kitchen amenities in our room. We’ll stay here again.

Check in time was supposed to be 3:00. Rooms were not ready when we got there. Had to wait a hour to check in. I booked 2 rooms both with 2 queen beds. Then didn’t have but one double queen room. Got a king suite instead. Breakfast was ok but not great. Ran out of sausage I waited 20 minutes then gave up. Eggs were low to. Just seemed like everything was behind. Rooms were clean. Beds ok. Checking out was ok. I don’t agree with being charged 50 dollars on my card as a deposit. They have card information if needed after my stay. Just wasn’t a great experience.
