I wasn't ready for the 36 stairs to reach the unit, or the loud bass from the Dance club next door on the weekend. Probably better suited to a younger renter.

I liked that there was parking conveniently available outside the property and that it was easy to walk to places in St. John's. Accommodation was clean, spacious and equipped for self-catering. It was also quiet at night. Communication replies were prompt from Earl. My stay was stress free, comfortable and affordable (booked 6 months ahead of stay).

Very comfortable condo in an excellent location. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, beautiful views of the city. Highly recommend. Be aware it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay in St. John's! Earl was an excellent host and we really enjoyed staying in his colourful place. The condos are located in great part of the city and we had fun exploring the neighbourhood.

We loved having our little apartment for 5 days over Canada Weekend. After 2 weeks of travel we could do our laundry, shower and relax… for basically the same price as a downtown hotel. Short jaunt to all the best restaurants in St John’s. The apartment was clean and communication with suggestions of tour areas was top notch.. enough space as well to bring some family back for a drink and appies! 5🌟 For us!
