Enjoyed Stay

Came to Jacksonville for grandson's baseball tournament, fairly close (15 minutes) to venue. Unit was very clean, well stocked. Never saw the pool but didn't really look hard to find. We would stay here again if needed. Thanks

Perfect space and super clean

This truly was a home away from home. The condo is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The open floor plan provided lots of space so our large family could interact, but not feel like we are stepping on each other. The pool / clubhouse are two streets over, but it was an easy drive and our older kids could walk it easily. The directions on how to get to the pool and clubhouse were excellent as well. We used the pool, the slide, the playground, the lap pool, and we played ping pong! There was also a basketball court.The location of the condo was good too, but a lot of our activities were a 25-35 minute drive away, so having a car was essential for us. It is conveniently located between Jacksonville and St. Augustine and we visited both. There are several beaches within 25-45 minute drive, which made day trips easy as well.The internet was also great, so I was able to make this a "working" vacation when needed and the kids could use all of their devices with no problems.We definitely recommend the property and we look forward to staying again next year!

We appreciated our hosts home. It was clean and close to the wedding venue. the apartment was conveniently located. If we return as a group in the future, we will reach out to our hosts to see if they have an opening.Prior to our arrival the hosts did reach out to make sure we had all the information necessary to check in and answer any questions.

Nice 3 bedroom condo but a long walk to the pool!

I rely on these reviews, so I'm giving an honest review of our stay. The first picture on this listing is the pool, but it's a solid 15-20 minute walk away or a 5 minute drive in the car. To me, that was a bit misleading. The pool was also slammed with people all weekend, so we had to bring our own chairs. The space inside the property is great. There is a large living room, fully stocked kitchen, and nice sized bedrooms. The air conditioner worked great, but it was on a timer of some kind. We woke up to a warm condo on our first 2 mornings, but once we resolved that issue, no problems! There is a really nice television in the living room, and it was very easy to navigate with Netflix, etc. The condo is in need of a deep clean- especially around the baseboards and above eye level. Upon arrival at night, there was no working light above the exterior door. In fact, we could hardly find the door at first because there was a huge banana plant obstructing the path. There is a significantly raised joint in the flooring between between the dining room and kitchen. We all painfully stubbed our toes at least once. The dishwasher was not working and had not been working for some time as it was even noted in the condo's guest booklet. All dishes are to be hand washed. Several of the towels in the hall closet had a strong mildew smell and should be washed. The sliding glass door does not lock, but there is a bar you can slide down for security.

Fantastic amenities

A great stay With a ton of positives. The pool was a little difficult to locate, and the law was hard to close. We figured out if you hold the door shut while you push the button, it works perfectly. It was super clean and quiet department was well kept in the perfect location for our soccer camp. The gym and pool were amazing. I would stay in heartbeat.

Convenient

The property was as listed. Everything was clean and tidy with the exception of the coffee pot. Having a broom would have also been great to tidy up from day to day, but overall everything was well. The addition of bikes to this rental would also be a great asset. My kids enjoyed the community center with the pool and basketball court.

Nice Townhome and Good Location

Townhouse clean and comfortable. Lots of utensils plates,etc, in kitchen. A few maintenance issues. Thermostat was not properly mounted on wall just hanging by the wires to it which made it difficult to control. Master bath sink had a leak. Dishwasher inoperative(we knew about dishwasher before renting since it was on Vrbo site). called property mgr. about sink and thermostat and he was aware of these issues but had no taken care of these before our arrival. Pool area about a minute drive from house, very nice especially for children.

Lizting shows pools etc...those are in a completely different neighborhood almost a mile from.the propery...dont expect to enjoy the pool and head back.to your apt..

The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and there was a TV in one of the bedrooms. The two full bathrooms made it easy for the three of us to shower and get ready in the morning. It was easy to communicate with the property manager.

Relaxing Location

Rented this property as it was near a friend of ours we were visiting for their Christmas Party. Property was clean and well represented by the pictures. We enjoyed our stay. One note is the entrance to the unit is very hidden around the side of the building behind some large palms. Took us a while to figure out how to get in.

Perfect for our visit with friends nearby

Location worked perfectly for our vacation to visit friends who live nearby. Quiet neighborhood. We visited Jacksonville Beach every day during our stay, easy drive. The condo fit our needs. We didn't use the kitchen much since our friends house was nearby, but it was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The beds were comfortable. It would be nice if the bedroom windows had closable curtains to block out the street lights. The only issue we really had was the bathroom toilets kept running and took a few times to get it to stop after each flush.

A little slice of heaven

This immaculate property had everything we needed to cook and more! If you’re willing to walk about 10 minutes, the community pool is a child’s dream come true. When we got badly sunburned and thought “we’ll never find anything to treat this,” guess what the owner had stocked? Sunburn gel! Finding this when we needed it was priceless, especially given that stores (and Uber rides) in this neighborhood are few and far between. The massive subdivisions are so recently built that there’s not a lot to serve its residents yet. Definitely a spot to have access to your own car.

Great experience!

My family and I had a great time for the few days. Nice kitchen with everything needed to cook a home cooked meal. Kids really enjoyed the pool area. Would recommend to anyone.
