We had a very good stay at Nautilus over the busy holiday time. The location was convenient and proximity to the ocean was excellent. The villa is in great condition, comes with lots of extra amenities (coolers, floats, beach towels) and was good to be able to park right in front. The host was accommodating, especially for pre-arrival and after checkout when travel restrictions happened. Would definitely rent this villa again.

Great house

We love St John and this house is a great location for getting to Cruz Bay for all the things but also getting over to the East End which we love. The house is by far the nicest we have stayed in on the island. Keep in mind a few things - that beautiful view and it is beautiful is best from the primary bedroom (or a short walk) and also that this luxury townhome community was never fully finished so there are a few shells of buildings nearby which is strange at first but you get used to it quickly.

Amazing, comfortable, Beautiful home!

Nautilus was Amazing. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked many meals & had everything we needed. Loved the ice machine in the kitchen. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The views are gorgeous from every angle. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at the Nautilus for 2 weeks. The condo is located in a perfect location. It was close to Cruz Bay and beaches. The flat parking spot was perfect since we had a older person with mobility issues with us.

Snorkel in your back yard!

Enjoyed staying at Nautilus with our family including adult kids. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was nicely equipped, and we made use of the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and towels. Chocolate Hole was quiet and only 10 minutes from Cruz Bay. Car needed! Dave was a responsive and helpful host! I wouldn’t rely on internet if you’re working remotely.

Off the beaten path but close to town.

The property itself is well appointed, nicely decorated and comfortable. Having beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear etc, was fantastic. The separate ice maker was a huge plus as well! The owners provided a great notebook of information and maps for the area too! (Very helpful!) The view of the water was really only from upstairs off the main bedroom. We couldn't really enjoy the patio due to the overwhelming amount of mosquitoes. We came prepared for island annoyances like bugs, but they were terrible. It had been raining a lot, so that could be the cause. The location is difficult to find so follow the directions not Google Maps or other navigation. A car rental is very helpful! They have one in site that is very nice. The beach was pretty wrecked by the recent hurricanes but they are working to get it back to a sandy area. We didn't utilize the beach due to the current condition. (But there are amazing beaches a short drive out). If you are looking for a quiet area to stay that is close to town (Cruz bay) this may be for you. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and super comfy! Just be sure to fully understand the beach situation to make sure it fits your needs and expectations. Very nice and responsive owner and onsite manager! FYI.. Bring your own games for downtime or rainy day indoor fun.

Eleven Stars

Five Stars is not enough. The property is 3 large bedrooms with comfy king size beds and beautiful bathrooms. Kitchen with all amenities and large comfortable furniture to relax on. Property is located right on Chocolate Bay with access to the water and very close to Cruz Bay downtown and all the other beaches. Host was incredible. They even had a super friendly neighbor help us out on getting around. Really, really great vacation. We all miss it already. Will be back!

St. John luxury stay

Beautiful, modern, sparkling-clean, well-stocked & outfitted beach house steps from beach, Cove residents include turtles, tarpon, large & small reef fish - snorkel equipment, chairs, floats, & towels included. Location difficult to find, communication problematic, but it was worth the work…car available & desirable.

Beautiful accommodations in convenient location

Very spacious and nicely decorated condo! Location is convenient to Cruz Bay, grocery stores and North Shore beaches. There is no back up source of energy, so when rolling blackouts occur, you will be without power and water. Filtration system and ice maker a plus. Pretty view of water from upper balcony.

Beach getaway at Chocolate Hole, St. John, USVI

The villa itself is wonderful, although it is situated in a development that started off with great expectations that then collapsed for a number of reasons. The disastrous twin hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017 didn't help matters any... When you arrive, assuming that you use taxi transportation as we did, simply tell the driver 'Pond Bay' and don't try to give directions - just climb on and enjoy the ride. They all know where it is...when you get there, just call the owner who will guide you in to the correct unit. While Chocolate Hole (the bay) doesn't have the panache of the areas on the north shore, it is a great spot for snorkeling and paddle boarding in fairly protected waters before moving on to the more celebrated venues.

Private beach with great snorkeling, luxury condo

We stayed with our 3 children over spring break 2024 for 7 nights. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and each bedroom was large with en suite bathroom. The top master has a large balcony overlooking the private beach. The location was great only minutes away from the best beaches and city center. We used the car rental that came as an option with the property and that worked out great. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed (pots/ pans…) for home cooked meals. We had an early flight coming back and were worried about taxi reliability to get to the Ferry in time since we had to leave the rental car at the condo. One of the property owners there was super nice and gave us a ride to the ferry. All in all great location, our family made some good memories 😊

Great stay

We stayed for 9 nights at this property. The condo was really nice, very large with 3 master suites. The main upstairs bedroom facing the water is huge with a beautiful balcony. The bathroom/shower layout is a bit odd from a privacy perspective, with no separate door to that area. The kitchen was well stocked, each room had huge TV's, but we seldom used them. comfy couch in the main living area. There were beach chairs and floats that we used every day to go to various beaches. This was a big plus. Having the car available for rental was also great. This is the first time we stayed on St John, so we were not sure about the location. It turned out wonderful. 5 minutes to 2 grocery stores, and 10 minutes to Cruz Bay. We were about 20 minutes to the first beaches on north shore. Windmill bar was also about 10-15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Piece of paradise

This unit is large, beautifully decorated, fully stocked and a short distance to the Westin and Mongoose Junction. The view from the upper deck is stunning. We enjoyed our coffee every morning upstairs. Having a car available was an added bonus. Our concierge Ausra, was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! I would definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed our time there.

Wow! This house was amazing. My husband and I took our adult children and their significant others on a trip for Christmas. The house was perfect. The amenities at this house were top notch. A large cooler, snorkel gear for 6, big beach towels, beach chairs, noodles and awesome beach bags in each room. The beds were so comfy and nice little laundry room. The kitchen was also well stocked. Ausra was our contact on the island and met us at our house to help us check in. She offered prior to our arrival to do our grocery shopping and everything was placed nice and neat in the fridge. It was an absolutely perfect vacation and I would highly recommend this house. Thank you!!!

Great New Condo! Spacious, clean, and great communication!

This property is large, has enough bathrooms, great internet speed compared to others rentals i’ve stayed at. A++ for property manager. Very caring, on top of things, and prompt when needed to get a hold of her. Good location, fully functional kitchen, clean place, and safe drinking water throughout house w/ filtered water. Highly recommended!
