Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. Thank you to all the staff who were so friendly, especially Martina who’s a credit to the company. We will definitely be back! Thanks Naomi & Paul!

We stayed for two nights and checked in on a Sunday. Unfortunately, there was no one on site at check-in and no one answered the phone initially. We were very lucky that other guests happened to arrive and let us in, allowing us to find the key ourselves. Without their help, we would have been completely stuck. The room itself was fine. It was tidy, comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. However, after returning around 9pm on our first evening, we discovered there was no hot water. Despite pressing the boost button on the cylinder, the hot water quickly ran out, meaning three out of four of us were unable to shower properly. Repeated attempts to contact support that evening were unsuccessful, which was extremely frustrating, especially as we were travelling with a one-year-old child. The following morning, we finally met a member of staff. They were genuinely very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, by that point the experience had already been disappointing. We were told that hot water is only available between 4am and 10am, and 4pm and 10pm. We made sure to return earlier that evening. However, once again there was no hot water. This time, after eventually reaching a staff member, we were given access to a neighbouring room so we could shower, which helped us get through the night. Overall, the property itself is nice and suitable for families, and the staff we met were kind and approachable. However, the lack of clear instructions, is deadly.

Excellent location, clean and spacious apart. Front desk super helpful and nice to have milk in the fridge and tea/coffee to make a brew on arrival. Always stay there when visiting Jersey for leisure.

Amanda was fabulous, offering advice on what to see and do. The studio was spacious and very well equipped. Great location close to a parking station, across the road from jersey museum which is great: (don’t miss it) and a short walk to the centre of town and numerous restaurants.

We stayed in the apartment for a week. We were welcomed on arrival and if we had any questions the manager was only a phone call away for out of hours queries. The apartment was clean and comfortable especially the bed. It was possible to cook meals in the apartment or eat out in the many restaurants close by. There is a washer dryer and a clothes airer in the apartment. The shower was good. There is a corner shop a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are lots of restaurants a few minutes walk away and some that are a 10 minute walk away. There is a car park about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. But it does vary on the amount of time you can park on each floor. Something to be mindful about. Excellent location in St Heiler. We would definitely recommend SACO Jersey and would love to visit again some day.
