Breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. Room was very basic. Once I checked into my room i noticed there was no towels. Second day my room wasn’t cleaned at all. Overall very basic hotel nothing special, just a place to lay your head and access to the best beach on the island

Resort location is great short walk to many restaurants, grocery store and more. Rooms were clean but a bit tired however management is actively updating a wing at a time. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels a plus. Hotel staff ok not over the top friendly. Food at the resort was good if you didn’t want to venture out. Be careful not to pay for beach chairs they are for the guests, some are $30/day. I would definitely put this island and hotel in our rotation of island choices.

The grounds were beautiful and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast every morning but the rooms need updating. They were very dull, no art work, very basic. Overall a really nice stay though

The level of customer service at this property was completely inadequate during a national emergency. When hundreds of people were affected and stranded, the lack of empathy shown to guests who chose to stay at your hotel was unacceptable. Refusing to refund nights that guests were unable to use, through no fault of their own, added significant stress and financial burden at an already traumatic time. In a situation that was unimaginable for the world, Radisson’s response felt disrespectful and dismissive of customers’ well-being. Instead of support and understanding, guests were met with rigid policies and no meaningful accommodation of their circumstances. Additionally, the hotel did not provide warm water, so guests could not even rely on basic comforts such as a hot shower. This failure to meet fundamental expectations only compounded the overall disappointment with the stay.
