Absolutely recommend this place. Location is perfect. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown St Augustine. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Plenty of great restaurants within minutes. Crescent Beach is the best in the area in my opinion. Will definately be back.

Our stay was quiet and very enjoyable. Easy access to the beach, away from the down town area but close enough to be at any of the attractions in 10 to 15 minutes. Our Host was great and we will be staying again!

Great spot to stay and visit St Augustine! The beach was not packed like it is closer to the city. The drive to downtown took about 20 minutes but was well worth the price vs staying closer. I'd recommend this property to couples on a getaway who want some piece and quiet while still being close to the party of downtown. The room had everything we needed from kitchenware to beach chairs. Thanks for a great stay for our 10 year anniversary!

It was a wonderful property! Away from the hubbub of Saint Augustine while still being close to everything. It was a great location by the beach whenever we wanted to go out and relax.

It was a cute little studio condo with a few minute walk to the beach and a heated pool. The Lodge is located not too far from shops, zoos, restaurants, etc. The owner Carl is amazing to communicate with and left a folder in the room for all explanations to everything around the area. You will not be disappointed. Me and my boyfriend will be back.

Carl was amazing with communication. He was so helpful and an awesome host. Room was nice, bed was super comfy, plenty people of kitchen accessories for us to cook meals. It was a great stay.

The property was exactly as pictured in the listing. The walk to the pool and beach was very easy! Kevin and Pam were gracious, and always available during our stay! This was a great deal for the cutest beach front property.

Wonderful condo

The host Carl, and this condo is completely the best condo for the price you can get! Hospitality here is truly superb and beyond expectations! Great condo, plenty of access within walking distance from the room to the beach, and hotel. Plenty of great food choices around. I will be booking this with my wife for many trips to come! I would highly recommend!

ocean view w balcony -- not

I was led to believe I was renting a condo with a balcony and view of the ocean instead it was a unit next to the office that had no balcony and being perpendicular to the ocean instead of parallel to the ocean like 98% of the units very little view of the ocean. nice but not what i would have chosen for a romantic getaway being in our 70"s. called but no help ingetting their tv to connect to channels

Small unit with AC problem

The condo is small, well equipped & very clean. Windows overlook public beach parking lot. We had a mechanical problem not addressed during our 3-night stay. The AC unit leaked lots of water into the condo. We used towels and large kitchen bowl to keep the floor dry. We had to get up during the night to empty the 1/2 gallon bowl. Lots of water! Owner was responsive but couldn’t get anyone to service the unit. It also sounded like a jet engine in the small room. Had to turn up the TV volume every time it kicked on. The ceiling fan squeaked & a decorative clock in kitchenette was so loud we had to take the battery out. Wi-Fi worked but a pain to have to log in multiple times a day. This unit shouldn’t be rented until AC is fixed.
