Adorable cottage located in the historic district. Wonderful hosts, it was the perfect stay for my 40th birthday trip with my best friend. Great amenities: washer and dryer, dishwasher, screened porch with ceiling fan. So close to historical activities and amazing restaurants. I would love to book this rental in the future!

The location is perfect when visiting St Augustine. The trolley is only 1 block away, Restaurants, bakeries and shops all walking distance. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood where you can sit on the porch after a long day of touring the town. There is also a screened porch where you can eat but I would suggest a small loveseat in there also then it would be perfect!The owners were easy to reach with any questions I had.

The cottage was very conveniently located, with a short drive to most attractions. The linens were great, comfy furniture, all the amenities were excellent. We’d love it if you addressed the water temp and pressure in the bathroom sink. Otherwise, all terrific.

We took a last minute trip to St. Augustine and this was a perfect home base! Our little dogs were very happy with the yard the house was very cute and comfortable.
