It was a decent room, nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner is in a corner so it doesn’t cool as good as it should. The TV has very few channels, no movie channels at all. The biggest thing that will make me not come back is they charge a $20 daily fee to park at the hotel. We were there for a week so I paid $1200 and still had to pay to park at the hotel 😳 I don’t pay a hotel to park ever!!!

From the exterior I not expect the quality of accommodations awaiting me in room 121. I felt as if I were in a Hilton and loved everything about the room. i plan to return to St Augustine and will request this room again. Everything was beautiful and pristine.

Hole in wall where doorknob on door hits wall. Not repaired. Faux leather recliners in room have faux leather coming off and badly. People staying above us kept us up all night with pacing heavily back and forth, dropping things, and even sounds of a ball being dropped, picked up, and dropped again many many times. Pay for parking which we didn't have to do in the past and now we do. Ridiculous when we are paying to stay there. Love the location and the staff is very nice, but we were very disappointed with this last visit and we probably will not go back there in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay with you!! The room was clean and updated and very comfortable!!! The motel was located in an excellent location in the area. Your front desk gentleman, Shiv (not sure if how he spells it) was very pleasant and let us know about what to do and see in the area as this was out first time.
