This nicely upgraded unit comes equipped with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom along with a sleeper sofa means there is room for the whole family. Tile floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Summerhouse has 4 temperature regulated pools to swim comfortably all year round. Cooling as well as heated pool temps. Four tennis courts as well as two racquetball/pickle ball courts. Two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids. We have a small library and a gym available in the office during office hours.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
