This is a guest house in a very nice neighborhood of Davis Shore, surrounded by cool restaurants. Anastasia state park, alligator farm, light house are about a mile away. It is perfect for 2-3 people. It has a queen bed, a double bed on the loft, and a pullout couch. Downtown just a short walk away as well.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and an electric kettle.

I love staying here. The place is quiet and comfortable. I'm a big fan of the garden. It's a short walk across the bridge to the old town, quick UBER or bike ride to the Amp, and just up the block is Sarbez!

This was the perfect place to stay for us. It was just me and my husband but it could easily sleep 2 additional people. It has just what you need for a long weekend. With restaurants within walking distance and downtown about a 15 min walk across the lions bridge.

QUAINT AND COZY

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. Just over the lions bridge from all St. Augustine has to offer. Clean and cozy room very comfortable. Owners were friendly and accommodating.

So close to the Best

Cute little place with a loft. I loved it. No views from the cute apartment, but it’s so close to everything you want to see. Right around the corner from the Lions Bridge, Also close to all the best eating places, on either side of the bridge. Highly recommend this cute place.
