Service was friendly and attentive from initial check in through check out. Breakfasts were delicious. Inn is well maintained and clean. It is also located within walking distance of historic old St. Augustine. Overall, great stay.

Husband and I have stayed in various B&Bs in St. Augustine. This was our first stay with Carriage Way but it will return. Our room was in the Centennial House across the street but didn't seem neglected at all. Though we do not drink wine, to see it along with soda and bottled water offered freely was unexpected. We did not take advantage of the provided games nor the dining table but did enjoy morning coffee on the sun porch before strolling around town. Three short blocks from historic downtown made it a perfect location. And did I mention the morning breakfast? Divine. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend

Couldn't ask for a better location, which included parking, a premium in the heart of the district! Sandy, the owner and our host, was lovely. The inn serene and hospitable, enhanced by thoughtful features and gestures like a cold, lavender-infused washcloth awaiting you after a hot day of strolling around the picturesque town; an assortment of hot and cold beverages including wine; house-made cookies. I had some reservations about being on the first floor with the main hall right outside our door but those were quickly dispelled when we discovered breakfast was served in the b&b across the street (also owned/operated by Sandy); so no traffic or noise to contend with, inside or out. Overall, a relaxing and comfortable stay and we'ld go back in a heartbeat!

Everything was superb, we forgot toothpaste and mini ones were available. The bed was wonderful and comfort. The room and shared areas were spotless, we will be returning soon. The location was so close for us to go to eat, shop and to the fort. The staff were truly exceptional and breakfast time was a delight.

Trust the pictures. Our room was exactly as shown. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The view is superb. Lots of spots to sit and drink complementary wine, soda, water and munch cookies. Bath amenities are first class. Everyone there is friendly; staff and guests. Breakfast is a standout. Their chef can bake! Peach cobbler croissant French toast? Yes please. Even the coffee is outstanding.

Carriage Way Centennial was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Centrally located and an easy walk to the historic area and antique stores in Abbotsville area. Lots of places nearby for food, drink, and treats. Would definitely recommend for a stay in St Augustine!
