Lo mejor de ambos mundos con renovaciones de lujo y el antiguo encanto de San Agustín. Esta casa victoriana fue construida en 1880 y se encuentra en el corazón del distrito histórico. Hace unos años, renove completamente la residencia privada en 3 apartamentos separados, cada uno completamente contenido con su propia entrada privada, cocina y baño completo. Este apartamento recientemente renovado en el primer piso tiene 1 cama queen en un dormitorio privado junto con un sofá seccional en la sala de estar. Las bicicletas gratuitas le ofrecen la oportunidad de dejar el automóvil estacionado y ver la ciudad caminando o montando.

Disfrute de los numerosos restaurantes para elegir, todos dentro de cinco minutos a pie desde su puerta principal. Además, las compras y visitas turísticas están a la vuelta de la esquina. 1880 Victorian was Awesome

Extremely clean, roomy, well maintained, and tastefully decorated apartment. Lots of attention to detail was given to make this a comfortable stay. The location was incredible, just steps away from St. George St. and everything in the historic district. From there we took the trolley to the rest of town. It couldn’t have been more convenient. What a find! One of the best parts of our visit.

Great location

Enjoyed porch with swings & location. It added to the relaxation of our trip. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The bed was comfortable; but if a queen, is extremely small. Since we stayed 5 nights; a dresser & user friendly closet space would have been nice. Did not seem the shag area rugs had been vacuumed as I stepped on stuff in themFYI - unit was out of dish soap & the wine opener was broken.

Great location!

Stayed for a couple nights for a bday trip and we had a great time! Super cute place and so close to everything. We walked everywhere! Loved the complimentary bottle of wine ;) I’m sure we will be back soon! The only thing that bothered us was the food delivery trucks across the street early in the morning LOL!

AmazIng location

Wow, the location of this property is what we enjoyed most. We walked the historic downtown everyday and at night sat on the porch and listened to live music from across the street with our own drinks. The furniture was comfy. We had great weather, which made the walk to and from the parking garage easy. But I can imagine in bad weather, that walk would be less than ideal. Also the cookware available was very slim. We like to cook to save money and it was very hard with what was available. Also, while the bed was very comfy, we question that it was actually a queen size. Seemed more like a double bed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were grateful to have had quiet neighbors upstairs until the last night.

What a great place. Perfect location in the heart of Old St. Augustine. The place was clean and we had everything we needed for our weekend there. We would highly recommend a stay at the 1880 Victorian!

Fabulous rental!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup we had was obtaining the self checkin instructions- but that was a fault of VRBO, not the host. In fact, they were super responsive when this issue occurred. The rental is very clean and our stay was enjoyable. It is in the heart of the downtown area, so the noise in the evenings is noticeable, but not awful. Things did quiet down at a reasonable time at night.The boise machine next to the bed was helpful! Highly recommend! Park your car in the free garage and enjoy the city on foot!

Great stay and location

The house is perfectly updated and right downtown. Easy walking distance to all of downtown St Augustine’s sights. We were there for the night of lights tours and they were great. We will definitely try to stay here again when we visit.

Perfect

This is one of my favorite places to stay. This is my third time but first time in this room. I was a little worried being on the first floor, but I noticed a sound machine next the bed. I put on the sound of waves and fell asleep almost instantaneously. The location is great and easy access. I will say now, if you’re staying on a weekend, the wine bar across the way had live music till about 10 so it can be noisy if you’re trying to go to bed before then. Overall, one of my favorite spots.

The apt was just as pictured! Adorable and spotless! Centrally located, we walked everywhere. Only issue, the parking garage is about six blocks away, not a big deal for us as we love to walk, but on a busy weekend during Nights of Lights, finding parking may be a challenge.

Perfect stay during a wedding at the Cathedral!

We rented this home for our priest who was participating in my daughter’s wedding, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The property was beautiful and literally a few steps away from downtown and the Cathedral! The hosts were very responsive and the entire weekend was so enjoyable! A perfect place to stay!
