Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.
Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.
If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

We loved this VRBO and the location! Greg was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions. We had everything we needed and were able to walk everywhere.
Location location. We were able to park and not move the car to explore all of historic St Augustine. The drive to the beach is short and easy. The apartment was excellent and the host quick to respond if needed. We highly recommend and hope to return one day.
The host was very responsive. The location could not have been any better. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again but hopefully for more than one night.
The host was very helpful and quickly responded to my questions. The rental is so comfortable, clean, and has everything we needed. The host provides coffee, cream and sugar which is wonderful! The rental is right in town, so convenient! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to stay there again on our travels.
The location is just half a block from St George Street, which is where we spend most of our time. The parking space across the street is a definite plus. We love sitting on the porch of an evening and watching the people go by. The glass coffee table in the living room will kill your shins if you're not careful. This was our second time staying there, and I'm sure it won't be our last.
Everything was clean and organized! The place was perfect and had a reserved parking space which was a huge win! Great Host, Great Location, Great, Great, Great!!! We booked already for next year!
