We loved this home and location! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in September. The house was exactly as described, even bigger than we thought it would be. The location was superb, we walked into town every day and evening. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this vacation home and would absolutely stay here again.

The Getaway was the perfect place for us to stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend. We had a get together the night before and there was plenty of space for the crowd. It was just like stepping into your own home, cozy, comfortable and we had no problems putting our feet up on the furniture and making ourselves at home. Everything we needed was there for us.Sue was an amazing host, she kept in contact with us before, during and after our stay. Loved the deer visits all over the property!!

Excellent host, home, location. Very clean and organized.Great community with very walkable streets.Most everything we needed was within walking distance.We sat in the dining area every day laughing and eating food, we sometimes sat in the garage with the door open on nice days. Everything worked well in the kitchen and bath for our group of 6 adults. I would recommend and definitely stay again it was a joy.

This stay was amazing. The house is very clean and has so much room. Its located within walking distance of everying one may need, visiting St. Andrews. The hosts are very accommodating and get back to you within minutes if you need them for anything. Definitely will stay again.

Lovely home very walkable from the water

The home is a few blocks from the main street and we walked everywhere we needed to go (restaurant, grocery store, pier, etc.). The home is older but spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a lot of main floor living space and a family room in the basement with a fooseball table (which my kids loved). Having two bathrooms was really convenient. There is also some space in the garage for lawnchairs or wet shoes. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a book with instructions re: wifi, garbage, etc. and it was helpful. We appreciated the lock with an entry code so we didn't have to carry a key around. One of the highlights was the very friendly St. Andrews deer which you can see all over the place.

Weekend Getaway

My friends and I came to Saint Andrews for an event and spent two nights. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great and was walking distance to everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Excellent Communication

During our stay we experienced a problem. I contacted the Sue the owner regarding who made a call and had a service person attend to solve the problem. I received calls from the owner checking to make sure everything was working properly. Communication was excellent. Very nice place to stay as I would recommend this location.

August stay

The location is amazing you can easily walk to almost anywhere in St. Andrews. The house was clean and easily accommodated the eight of us. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was a little small for all of us but we managed just fine. The deer and cats in the neighbourhood are very friendly. Having an extensive playground within walking distance was perfect for over energetic young ones!

Perfect stay

This lovely home was perfect for six of us to stay there. We all had our own beds to sleep in. The house was super clean, it felt homey and the kitchen has anything you could ever want. Nice towels. The washer and dryer were a blessing. You could walk to museums, shops and the waterfront. What a beautiful house in a beautiful town. Thank you so much
