The room was spotless and welcoming. I commend the very hard-working women who cleaned, who also helped me with a cab and other issues--they were very nice and gracious. But it wasn't their job to help me. It was unclear in my res that there is no desk in the bldg and I found no info notes or easy telephone numbers to call. Emails were replied to. You're really on your own as a guest here, but off-season in the middle of town, can't complain.

Nice clean but not easy to check in to - must go to a diff hotel which was not clarified when making reservation - and so waited 39 min and had to call a hotel that seemed to be related and they said they sent info which we did not receive. Wish they had included this information during selection as a note to read - otherwise nice B&B stay

The location was excellent - right in the heart of St Andrews. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was quiet. I would have liked a kettle in the room and tea rather than just the coffee pods. The 'grab and go' breakfast was a nice idea but some juice or other cold drinks would have been appreciated.

It was a clean room. The photos did differ from the actual room. We had no heat on the first night, so that was challenging. However, the next day, Zoe was such a blessing and they were able to fix the heat. She also provided a portable heater in the meantime that they get it fixed. We appreciated the grab-and-go breakfast - it might be best to have some disposable spoons for the oats. A kettle in the room would have been nice for the tea lovers ;) But they allowed me to use their kettle in the kitchen. It was very much appreciated! Thank you!

Spacious room, clean and warm, and situated in a very good location. The old course was very easy to walk to. Price is good as well! The check-in counter is just quite far, but as its not really a "hotel" in the strict sense, that was fine. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

The properly is very well located to walk e erywhere and there is parking available on door step. The room was new, spacious and clean including a new bathroom. We only had a face towel for the 2 of us and I would suggest to have at least one face towel for guest. There a Vetuo nespresso machine in the room which is a very nice touch. However, I would have liked a kettle in the communal area for tea. The downside is that the property is very noisy, guests are coming and going at any time slamming doors (sleeping not the best) and the seagulls never shut up ( but not much anyone could do about that). Check in and check out super easy. I recommend for a short stay
