We arrived late, around midnight, and the front desk was very friendly. He upgraded our room because we are on our to our son's Marine graduation in San Diego. I would definitely recommend.

Nice clean property. Room was comfortable, clean and bed was soft! Clerk was really nice! Would suggest updating entrance to sliding doors for use of luggage cart and handicapped. Also maybe consider adding more than 2 handicapped parking spots.

The looks of the room looked somewhat clean. The wife walked barefoot on the floor and her feet were extremely dirty. Someone else’s hair in the sink. The shower head is made for midgets!! No place to hang any clothes!! It looked like there was something but the wholes in the wall where it used to be. Only two chairs in the room. So no sitting room. The bed was very very hard. Our backs were hurting after sleeping. The pillows were very short and flattened down to nothing laying your head on them. Other than that it was okay. No nasty crawlers anywhere, which was the main thing!!

The area was a little sketchy. People wandering on a grounds at all hours night. Unable to turn lights on in rooms before entering. My 1st room didn’t have the security thing on door to prevent someone from entering with key or if the lock was picked. Staff was very accommodating and put me in a different room.

No Elevator for the 2nd floor. The Indoor Pool (called out in the advertisement) was Out-Of-Order during our 4-day stay. Breakfast offering was OK but was not always fully stocked.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, staff members working there were using the pool as a place to keep their own children/grandchildren. Wouldn't be an issue except they were only popping in at random and leaving the child who was misbehaving for the guest to deal with. The child kept behaving inappropriately towards our children and they only returned to make their child leave the pool after an adult from our group had to intervene multiple times. At other times guest from our group were waiting for extended periods of time at check in because they were busy packing up and gathering the child's belongings from the lobby area to send them home with someone else and needed to say their good byes etc. Could have been a fluke but honestly it had the feeling and appearance of an every day situation that seems unprofessional for a business setting. We missed the breakfast so we can't comment on it but were told they had a decent selection by other members of our group. Overall decent place to stay, price is great and affordable.

Hair in the tub. Dogs barking on the hour all through the night. There was a shared door to another room and it was unlocked for any random to just come in. I had to use furniture to barricade the door so I could feel safe sleeping.
