Upon arrival the towel bar above the toilet was not attached to the wall and was on the top of the toilet. The drapes/sheers were not fully attached to the track. There was no drain plug to take a bath if o e wanted to and standing water in the drain. The coffee table in the living area was so wobbly that it was ready to fall apart. I know it is a days in and not a high end hotel but do better!

This was the worst and dirtiest room. We refused to stay. The door lock was broken. They offered another room and it was even worse. The couch was torn and the main passageway stunk. We are demanding a refund

We had a pop-up baseball tournament this past weekend and I quickly booked this hotel. NEVER AGAIN! We get there, get checked in and head to our room. On our way we noticed the pool was completely drained (my reason for booking was for the pool) We used the card to open the door, and it wouldn't budge, it was as though something was blocking it on the inside. My son had to use his shoulder to get it to open. Then when we get inside the room was not very clean. We immediatly went down to the front desk and let her know that we wasnt staying. The lady at the front desk gave me a card and told me to call on Monday and get a refund. I called this morning (Monday) and Amber the manager stated the pool is seasonal and they havent been able to get it up and going because of all the rain (which is crappy because the other hotel we stayed at the pool was working just fine) she stated I booked the room not the pool, I said no I booked the hotel because of the pool. She was rude and ultimately refused to give me a refund. So, I have to pay for a room we didn't even stay at but maybe 30 seconds. I would DEFINATLEY not stay at this hotel!

Checked in and our door was wide open in the middle of the night. Had to deal with killing bugs all night that had been flying in there before we checked in. Don’t monitor their pool hours and kids were out playing in the pool loudly even at 2am.

The location is in a very rough neighborhood. Drug dealers & prostitutes in the parking lot. Did not get any rest for fear of my truck being broken into. Also I had been traveling across the country, Stayed in many motels & hotels recently, the water is not very hot, the room was clean but incredibly small. Truthfully it was not a pleasant experience & I would appreciate a refund.

This property is the worst of any hotels I’ve ever been to the guy would not come down to wait on us to let us know that we no longer had a room because they had no electricity that is stormed went through. We had no idea no clue just drove 10 hours and we had to call you all to get him down to come. Tell us that we no longer had a room because of the storm wouldn’t help us try to find a room that had electricity for a hotel that had electricity wouldn’t help us in anyway show food just very very rude. I’d give it a -10 if I could of the stars because I’ve never been treated such disrespect after driving 10 straight hours tired wanting someplace to lay down expecting our room to be ready. I understand electricity I understand but there’s no reason to not have a sign on the door or something letting people know what’s going on because we had no clue there’d been a tornado there

Weird. Housekeeper freaked out about service dog because of its breed. They dont allow locals within 20 miles to rent a room... This is a very shady area, picture of the place are much nicer than reality.

Our recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The exterior areas leading to the rooms, including the elevator, were dirty and in need of painting. The luggage cart provided was too large to fit comfortably in the small elevator, making it difficult to transport our belongings. The room we were initially assigned had a non-functioning air conditioner because the wall socket was burned out and unusable. We were moved to a different room. The second room and bathroom were small and did not match the pictures advertised online. The furniture was old and worn some drawers wouldn't stay closed and the refrigerator had to be pulled out in order to open its door properly. The bathroom was in poor condition. It needed a deep cleaning, and the bathtub was very worn, with drainage problems causing water to pool during showers. On a positive note, it looked like the toilet and sink had been updated recently. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast area, located on the second floor, was clean, but the breakfast selection itself was underwhelming and lacked variety. This property needs significant maintenance, cleaning, and updates to meet the expectations set by its online presence.
