My family and I stayed here to attend a University of Arkansas nurse pinning and graduation ceremony. There was enough space for all of us to relax after the busy weekend. We enjoyed the space and would book again.

Great property and manager!

Great place! Looked like someone had a beer shotgun party in the backyard before we got there, but that didn’t bother us. Accurate listing, great house!

Enjoyed the time we were there. Watch your step when entering, or maybe it is just me and my clumsiness.

Best kept secret!

Beautiful spacious home. Comfortable beds and plenty of living space. Fully equipped home with everything you need. Definitely worth the stay. Home away from home for sure. Nearby lake access for fishing and many close by places for site seeing. Branson MO just a short drive away. Loved our stay.

holiday gettogether

House was well-stocked (towels, blankets, plates, etc). It was ok for us but the very narrow spiral staircase pushed us to using entry thru the garage.

DO NOT stay at this location if you are planning on using the lake access or marina!! Hector was not truthful about access to the marina and where it says lake access on the photo is not true! All of the docks say private property. You would be walking in grass waist high if you are planning on fishing. We asked for a refund immediately after realizing that we would not have access to the lake for our boat. We left the property within 30 minutes of arriving. Hector stated he would give a full refund. Our vacation was booked in June. It is now the middle of August and we have not received our refund. Hector and the property manager are not honest people. DO NOT book this location.

Last minute family get together

Very last minute family get together for a family funeral. Eight adults from Texas and Canada. Plenty of parking, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pull out. Three large seating areas inside and a great large deck area with lots of seating equipped with a gas grill, a charcoal grill even an electric smoker and propane fire pit, wow , wish the spring rains had stayed away for our two day visit and we could have enjoyed the premise even more. Plenty of wildlife in the area, look out for the deer on your way in and out. Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to walk down to the lake but on our next trip we certainly would. The residence was very well equipped with all we needed, Of course things used like charcoal were replaced for the next guests. The only downside was the residue odour from the cleaning solution which left a pinesol presence which seemed to renew after each absence. The host was readily available by phone for any questions and very accommodating. Thank you for the memorable stay, fantastic for family get togethers and would definitely stay again if available.
