This large 4 bedroom house has something for everyone. Located right next to Beaver lake and 1 mile from War Eagle Marina.
The house has 3 bathrooms and a gym area. Garage is available for guests. Downstairs has a wide open game room with a wet bar, TV and fire place.

The kitchen boasts an island and everything you need to enjoy meals before or after a day at the lake.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bathroom and TV.

There are 3 living room area. One of them includes a work out area with machines and weights and also a desk.

Best kept secret!

Beautiful spacious home. Comfortable beds and plenty of living space. Fully equipped home with everything you need. Definitely worth the stay. Home away from home for sure. Nearby lake access for fishing and many close by places for site seeing. Branson MO just a short drive away. Loved our stay.

Last minute family get together

Very last minute family get together for a family funeral. Eight adults from Texas and Canada. Plenty of parking, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pull out. Three large seating areas inside and a great large deck area with lots of seating equipped with a gas grill, a charcoal grill even an electric smoker and propane fire pit, wow , wish the spring rains had stayed away for our two day visit and we could have enjoyed the premise even more. Plenty of wildlife in the area, look out for the deer on your way in and out. Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to walk down to the lake but on our next trip we certainly would. The residence was very well equipped with all we needed, Of course things used like charcoal were replaced for the next guests. The only downside was the residue odour from the cleaning solution which left a pinesol presence which seemed to renew after each absence. The host was readily available by phone for any questions and very accommodating. Thank you for the memorable stay, fantastic for family get togethers and would definitely stay again if available.
