It’s located in Springdale, AR, just 10 minutes from the University of Arkansas and all the action that Northwest Arkansas has to offer! It is 5 miles to Downtown Fayetteville and legendary Dixon St, and the many wonderful breweries, dining, and shopping amenities. We are next door to barbecue that was voted best in America - Wrights Barbecue!

Great place to stay for Razorback sporting event!

We were very pleased with your property. Everything was clean and as described. A couple of mentions for future renters, there is a staircase to the bedrooms are on the second level and coffee & filters are provided, which was nice. We did have to reach out to the owner about how to engage the shower but he responded quickly and also emailed directions. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll book again in the future!

Great Stay

Great stay on our recent trip to Fayetteville, it was very a clean, updated townhouse. Nice touches of products in bathroom, water in fridge and snacks were very much appreciated. I would recommend to anyone visiting kids at UARK.
