Welcome to your perfect lakeside cozy cottage getaway! This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage sits just 60 feet from the scenic shoreline of Grass Lake on a shared resort property. Nautically decorated and thoughtfully updated, this cozy cottage offers the best of year-round lake living—whether you're soaking in the hot tub after a day on the water or gathered around the firepit under the stars.

The space comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children, making it ideal for couples, families, romantic getaways or a small group of friends. You’ll enjoy your own private hard-scape patio, hot tub, and firepit right outside the back door, with views overlooking the lake.

Cottage guests have a dedicated hardscape patio on the resort and a grass area to the seawall of the lake to enjoy themselves. The hardscape has a dedicated grill, hot tub and firepitt for the cottage. Cottage guest will share the front parking lot.

This cottage is located on a resort property with other rental units. While your patio and amenities are private, the grounds include shared common areas by the water—great for meeting other lake-loving travelers or enjoying communal open space.
