Perfect place for a large group of friends!!

Our stay was phenomenal from beginning to end! Ryan, the host was wonderful and very easy to reach. The property was exactly as stated, however larger than expected. The surrounding area was very cute, quaint and comfortable. It reminded me of Ballard in Seattle. Couldn’t have asked for more!!!

Family Fun

We loved the game and media room! The kitchen had a great layout and was easy to navigate several people. Loved the interior decor! It was very homey! However, the carpeted areas were old, stained and smelly. The bedrooms and main bathroom were not very clean. Would so recommend hard surface flooring throughout to avoid the smells and dirt that carpet can hold.

Beautiful, Spacious, Better than Advertised!

First off, Ryan went above and beyond with his communication of the property. He was quick to respond with any questions that I had prior to check-in, so I was extremely impressed right away. The home was PERFECT! We stayed at the property with our friends, and combined we had a total of 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and 4 children, in our group. The living spaces were large and plentiful, so gathering as a group for games or meals was easy! The beds were awesome! So comfortable, and again, there were plenty of beds for our large group. The house was super clean and organized and had all the amenities that were advertised. The game room was a huge hit with everyone, including the adults! Overall, this was the best rental experience that I’ve had. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner!!

Our overall visit was hands down a 5 out of 5. If we could give more stars, we would. The day of arrival, we changed our original flights to avoid lengthy layovers as we were traveling through multiple time zones which ended up putting us in town hours earlier than check-in time. The owners responded quickly when I reached out to let us know the space was clean and ready to go. Given the snowy weather conditions, we were grateful to settle in early. The house appears small when you drive up but inside is incredibly spacious. The ground floor allows for ease of communication while cooking making the kitchen a central gathering point for all. The kitchen was the most stocked I have ever come across in a rental including dishes & utensils for every age, spices, condiments, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, sponges, appliances for days - you name it! The lower level could not have been more perfect for 'play time' for all ages. We bowled on the Simpsons, played basketball and pac-man on the arcade games. We played cards at the table while the younger kids built blocks and played with peppa pig characters (and houses) and had an amazing movie night watching Moana 2 as a family. The microwave and mini fridge in the theater room were a hit. The house resides close to Manito Park and Perry St which has several mom / pop eatery options while still being close to larger grocery stores. A definite must if you are looking to rent in Spokane!

Peaceful, comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed the house. It is relatively unassuming from the outside, and very enjoyable inside. The beds were firm but surprisingly comfortable, the game room was tons of fun and the theater room has great recliners for relaxing and watching a great show. The back yard was very interesting as well, with some cool, unique rock formations and a large patio. We wished it had a hot tub since our stay was in January, but it was so enjoyable anyway. Ryan is an excellent host, very proactive in communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thanks for everything!

Awesome

This rental is awesome. Extremely clean. Baby friendly with baby monitor and play pin included !!! Large bedrooms and huge theater room. Also Sound insalation is fantastic. Had the theater full volume, close one door and cant here a thing from the other room. Great for all ages.

As good as it seems!

Four families with kids ranging from 3 months to 16 years stayed at the house for a wrestling tournament at the Podium. Each king bedroom was large and comfy. The bunk room was massive and a family of 5 slept in there comfortably. The game room and theater were a huge hit for the kids. The beautiful kitchen with large island was a perfect gathering place for the adults while the kids played downstairs. The hosts provided extra toiletries in case yours were forgotten and welcome snacks. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee/creamer and condiments in the fridge. Perfect house for a group and wonderful hosts!

This house was so great for our group. The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of places to hang out and visit. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful surprise!

Peaceful, comfortable, and owners made us feel like VIPs. We were grateful for their hospitality. Thing to note: the stairs are narrow and a bit steep so to be considered if staying with people who have disabilities.

GREAT for families

We only got to stay for one night, but it was a good one! We had a couple families who spent the day at Silverwood so we checked in late and were ready for showers and a late dinner of takeout pizza. Oh, and we had three teenagers in tow. They loved the downstairs, it has its own full bath down there and let them be really autonomous for the evening. The upstairs was great for the adults. Each bedroom has its own tv, again great to be able to decompress in privacy. Had everything we needed: washer dryer, every kitchen appliance you could want, plenty of space. And is only a couple minutes to a Safeway for the things we wanted to grab for breakfast. This would be a great place for several days with a family. As an architect, I also have to say this is a lovely remodel of a classic mid century home. Some classics like built in cabinetry have been kept while new amenities (like a modern kitchen and opened up floor plan) have been incorporated. Highly recommend, and if we find ourselves in the area in the future we will definitely seek to stay here again.
