The house is great surroundings was absolutely beautiful. The porch on the back could have used some little work. I had a buddy sitting in a chair and fell through the floor. Other than that it was all good.

Cabin was very nicely decorated and clean. Accessing entry into the house was a little difficult; but, a phone call to the property manager fixed the issue right away. Additional silverware is necessary, as there was only one knife and few forks. Luckily there were only 2 adults staying at the cabin. Beds are ok. Make sure you get all your groceries from a neighboring town, like McMinnville, before getting to the cabin, as there very few options in Spencer. Very quiet area though.

Cozy little retreat

This place was perfect for my fiancé and I. Huge yard for the dogs to run, and the last day there it was snowing hard. We enjoyed the stay.

WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER

I WAS ACCUSED OF BRINGING MY PETS TO THE PROPERTY AND SUBMITTED PROOF FROM MY VETERIANIAN THAT THEY WERE BOARDED AND DIDN'T SEEM TO MATTER...LOST MY $200.00 DEPOSIT; IN ADDITION, WE BOTH GOT BED BUGS.... FROM THE BED OR COUCH...FIREPLACE DIDN'T WORK...RENTER WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY PHONE CALLS ABOUT THE SITUATION.....AWFUL

Rustic cabin

Was a beautiful little cabin with woods on both sides and privacy. Inside was fixed up in a rustic manner and it was extra clean. Would recommend this to anyone. We had such a good time. Thank you

BFF getaway

The registration was a bit stringent compared to other rentals - it was nice that all the house lights were on since we arrived after dark( but the TV on was a little creepy 😂😂) The house was immaculate and very well equipped with everything we needed! Great lace to stay! (driveway needs grated badly) glad we had SUV’s

Awesome spot in the woods!

An absolutely great little cabin in the woods! If you want to get away from it all this is the spot, surrounded by Tennessee hardwood forest, coffee on the porch in the morning, no noise of the modern world! Incredible state parks and waterfalls to hike to close by. ( Burgess Falls and Fall creek falls) check in and out was great, highly recommended to anyone.

No house keeping house and all bed, bathroom linens dirty. I had to clean the rental property

House dirty, grass overgrown, outdoor chair at firepit broken. Couldn’t use firepit since grass was overgrown. Grass was also overgrown in front of property. Gas BBQ was so dirty, we had to purchase a wire brush to clean it. All molding around electric stove is broken. Stephen’s realty couldn’t get us a new rental or a house keeping. They did refund us cleaning fee. Also it was Memorial Day weekend so I know it was more difficult. In my defense, it wasn’t my pleasure scrubbing bathroom, cleaning all linens and totally disinfecting cabin. It made for a miserable and exhausting stay!

Perfect Girls Getaway

This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend get away. Me and my Friends did the Mammoth March at Fall Creek Falls and this cabin was perfect. Clean, had everything you needed.

Rustic Retreat

Stayed here 5 years ago with my sons, and the cabin was just as I remembered! Seamless booking, check in/out. Niceties abound … washer/dryer with owner-provided detergent/dryer sheets, single use coffee cups with creamer/real sugar, soap in the bathrooms, completely outfitted kitchen and more. The cabin is centrally located to 6-8 (or more) wonderful state parks/natural areas (30-35 minutes drive) with hiking ranging from easy to butt-kicking … and views and experiences along those hikes that are jaw-dropping awesome. Canoe or kayak the Caney Fork River or sit in the sun and jump off rocks and cool off in the deep pools of water at Rock Island State Park. If you want to get away and tune out the noise and experience God’s creation and splendor … go … visit. Mobile phone service is patchy at best … hurray! The cabin does have WiFi though, as well as streaming TV options for those that desire.
