Between art and nature farm in Umbria Green Heart of Italy

The Cuore Verde farmhouse, in an unspoiled nature, between the art of historic centers and medieval villages, welcomes its guests in a rural villa of the seventeenth century. It is located on the slopes of a hill with olive groves and woods in a naturalistic oasis of 18 hectares completely fenced, conducted with the practice of organic farming, of which the company was a pioneer in Umbria, 2 km from Spello. Recently restored and finely furnished with antique furniture, the agriturismo has three apartments inside the main villa and two adjacent ones, as well as a cottage on the hill.
The Alloro apartment includes the entire second floor of the main building. It consists of a small entrance, a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a large studio with a double bed, a small and fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower.
In the summer season, for weekly guests who would like to eat in the garden, we make available exclusively and at no additional cost the large professional kitchen on the ground floor with direct access from the garden itself.
The pool is heated with solar panels and open from April to October and equipped with an aquatic treadmill
