The property was exactly what we needed for our stay during the Sturgis rally. Location is also ideal with access to all destinations. Will be looking for this location again our next trip.The only thing lacking for us was a grill.

Nice and spacious. Great communication and accommodating host. The Keurig wasn't working and they immediately had it replaced. Definitely recommended!

We traveled to Spearfish to watch my nephew college rodeo. It was a great location and very clean and comfy. Just what we needed. Great location. We have already discussed coming back next year and staying longer. They provided everything we needed during our stay, I greatly appreciated the little details that made it feel like home.

A+ Accessibility and Cleanliness

Comfortable, super clean, plenty of extras (kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, high chair, etc…). Amazing, walkable location; we basically parked the truck and were able to walk to meals, parks, coffee, groceries, and shops. Quiet neighborhood. If you’re staying for the Dakota Five-0, the race course passes right by the corner of the block, which was awesome!

Nicely furnished and decorated home in good area near downtown and city park. Biggest downside is that the "lovely outdoor patio" is actually the unfurnished front porch shown in the picture. There is no grill. Seems a shame not to be able to cook or eat out in such a lovely area.

Outstanding Property

Great location!! Spearfish creek one block away. Beautiful park and Spearfish fish hatchery 3 blocks. Walk down and feed the fish and the kids can play in the huge park. Or you can walk 3 blocks to downtown for great shopping and food. Perfect base for touring the Black Hills!!! Very clean and updated. Beds are amazing. Central air! Quiet location. Sit on the deck in the morning and enjoy your coffee. And it even has a garage!!!! You won’t be disappointed with this place!!! Management is very outstanding on this vacation home!!!

3rd Street Spearfish

The House was PERFECT! It made our stay in Spearfish even that much more enjoyable. We are homebodies and don't really go out at night, so it was nice to have the house to relax in and watch a movie before bed. We even took afternoon naps after some of our adventures. The Black Hills are SO Beautiful. We loved it there and loved the house. We loved the location (close to down town) and how it was just walking distance to the Park and Stream. Thank you so much for offering it on VRBO. Aloha, Laurie and Scott
