The place was immaculate, looks brand new. We didn't spend much time in the room and didn't eat there or use any of the kitchen amenities so can't comment on them specifically but it had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Anthony was extremely responsive. Pool area was very big and had a nice beach area and pier. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the ferries. The pool was nice and there is a small beach and fishing pier as well. We will definitely be coming back to this property.

Southport stay

There was beach access but it's not the "ocean" which should be clearer. The small private "beach" has at least 3 signs stating "Alligator Habitat' and I think that should be clearer as well if you know there will be children staying. The property was a nice motel room which and very clean. We did have to take the 20 min ride to Oak Island both days we were there for the beach and it was beautiful. Good space if you don't mind driving to the beach.

Owners Wonderful

We had wonderful responsive owners they were the best! The location is great for people more interested in Southport but if you want better quicker access to the beach I think staying over the bridge is bettter and driving into Southport. Again property owners were wonderful helped us with a couple of our needs and went out of their way. Thanks so much!

Celebrating our "Doctor"!

We came for the weekend to celebrate my daughter's completion of her doctorate. What a fabulous stay! Our condo had absolutely everything we needed and more! Comfortable, clean, and the short walk into town was a breeze!!!

Great spot in Southport

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Southport area, and this condo made a perfect home base for the two of us. We enjoyed our walks to the waterfront and downtown, the proximity to Oak Island for beach walks, and convenience for the ferries to Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island. The hosts were very responsive and friendly in our communications.

Weekend Get Away

Location to the town and it shops and restaurants was very convenient. Resources in the room met the needs of our stay. Elevator made it easy and convenient to get to the rooms. We enjoyed getting a glimpse of the small beach area when we walked to the back of the building.

Lovely Room in Southport

The room is very clean and the decor is lovely. It is outfitted with all you may need and the owners are very accommodating and helpful. The beds are amazing! I don't think I've stayed on a more comfortable bed. The community areas are very nice and access to the private beach is easy. Being just down the road from the heart of Southport made our short stay worth it. The restaurants and shops were plenty for us to do and the views from the public park were phenomenal.The reason I am giving our stay 4 stars instead of 5 is because the elevator was not working (we needed that for my Mom), but our host did try to accommodate us when he learned about the broken elevator. He offered us another room in the same complex, but we chose not to move for other reasons outside of our control. We also had issues getting into the room the second day due to a malfunction with the digital door lock. Luckily, there was a backup key, but we had issues locking the door with it when we left. The humidity was high outside and the air conditioner was cooling, but it had trouble keeping the humidity out of the room. Outside of those issues, we had a great stay.
