After checking in and getting settled for the night , someone entered my room with a key. The secondary latch on the door was broken. After realizing I was awake and startled, they closed the door, but stayed outside wanting me to open the door. I did not. They went away. I tried many times to call the front desk and finally called the 800 number. The person answering the door was the same person opening the door. I barricaded the door and went back to bed. At check out the next morning, again was the same person. He was very apologetic telling me he had a repair to make and thought the room was empty. Maybe could have checked the computer first. Will not stay at a Best Western again. Should be reimbursed my room fee as well. Did not sleep soundly reacting to every sound. Feel free to contact me. This is not acceptable to your company I hope and any customer of yours or the motel chain
