About this property
Entire place
You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
The Coach House at Holy Well - sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
Steeped in rich history, this old English Coach House strikes a harmonious balance between time-old character and high-end, contemporary design. Tokens of Victorian heritage run throughout the house - including a magnificent open fireplace complete with a finely crafted wood burner, a charming stable door, classic curved coach house windows and nostalgic leather saddles that adorn exposed stone walls - all of which work to imbue this place with a truly unique feel.
Stroll in through The Coach House's classic wide door and you're met by an elegant hall that welcomes you to the home. Journey through the wooden door to the right, and you'll find the kitchen/dining area - the hub of this cosy bolthole that's accented by references to its historical past (think old tiles, saddle racks and wood panelling). Prepare snacks, lunch or an evening feast with farm shop finds from the likes of Daylesford, before heading down to the snug where a spectacular stone fireplace lies waiting to be taken advantage of after muddy countryside walks. Perch on one of two leather armchairs and take a moment to revel in the beauty of this centuries old coach house before pouring a glass of wine and settling down for the evening.
As the sun sinks across the Warwickshire skyline, slink up to one of three elegant bedrooms, each paired with a light, airy en-suite and punctuated by traditional beams, generous windows and plush beds for the most luxurious of sleeps. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of glistening fireworks being set off from one of nearby Dallas Burston Polo Club's magical events.
Ground floor
Kitchen/Dining Area: As light streams in through traditional windows onto exposed stone walls and rustic beams, the elegance of The Coach House's kitchen/dining area is truly illuminated. Nods to its rich heritage are everywhere, including leather saddles hanging from the walls, wooden paneling and a wide stable door that transports you back to a time where coaches were the primary mode of transport for wealthy society. Contemporary accents include chocolate brown units, hanging lights and cast iron bar stools, while underfloor heating and a Bang & Olufsen speaker offer to form the backdrop of your stay. The essentials are not forgotten either with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine all on hand.
Sitting Room: The Coach House's discerning sitting room is tucked away at the far end of the property, and acts as a relaxing oasis come day or night. Whether you pop on a film on the flatscreen TV, or slide out a book from the bookshelf, this room makes for the ultimate place to enjoy downtime with all the family. We love the beautiful Chinese vases, velvet three-seater sofa and exposed stone walls.
Snug: Revel in the opulence of The Coach House's snug where a spectacular fireplace (said to be the largest in Warwickshire) welcomes you in grand style. Take a seat in one of two leather armchairs and warm your feet next to the finely crafted wood burner to fully soak up the ambience of this space, before sliding out a book and settling down for the evening.
Cloakroom: The Coach House's downstairs cloakroom provides a useful WC and hand basin.
First floor
Bedroom One: Burrowed beneath traditional wooden beams, bedroom one feels just as emblematic of The Coach House's historic past as downstairs, and a king-sized bed, antique drawers and exposed brickwork only add to this feeling. We love the generous square window in the corner - perfect for soaking up the morning sun.
En-suite: Stroll from bedroom one into its private en-suite and take that as your cue to wind down and switch off. With its luxurious rainfall shower, skylight, WC and hand basin, it's a polished nook made for TLC after a day exploring.
Bedroom Two: Walking into bedroom two, you can instantly feel a sense of luxurious ease and tranquillity. Cast in simple neutral tones, its sumptuous king-sized bed, elegant reading lights and two windows apt for stargazing make this cosy spot a retreat after the day's activities. We love the quaint dresser and mirror - perfect for getting ready before dinner at The Millstone Hare.
En-suite: A light and serene space, the en-suite is a spot to freshen up after muddy countryside walks. Equipped with a shower, WC and hand basin, its elegant circular mirror signs off the room in style.
Bedroom Three: Tucked under a symphony of traditional beams, bedroom three is accessed by a beautiful spiral staircase and fuses rustic charm with simple elegance. Featuring an ornate double bed, two bedside tables and matching drawers, it's a serene place for an excellent night's kip.
En-suite: Clean, fresh and airy, bedroom three's en-suite features a WC, hand basin and shower.
Outside
The Coach House's outside terrace is not only a welcome sun trap, but provides the ideal spot to gather friends and family thanks to seating for six, a glass-topped table and a BBQ for making feasts. We love the peaceful ambience of this sun-drenched area.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Lovely October stay
Beautiful property, spotlessly clean with everything we needed, loved the wood burner which our host kindly lit each day for us to come back to. In lovely grounds and nice to have a pub nearby to walk to. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect
We stayed as a family of three adult couples. It was a perfect layout for us and the amenities were just right.
The house itself is stunning, as is the property it’s on. We were able to see all over the Cotswolds and have a lovely home to come back to at night.
We would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful and relaxing home
We had a fantastic stay at the Coach House! The decor and furnishings were excellent quality and the house had everything we needed for our stay. Each bedroom was spacious and had a en suite which made it easy for 3 couples to stay and the kitchen & lounge areas were great to relax in. The grounds are beautiful with lots of walks from the doorstep and only a short way into some local towns. Can’t recommend the Coach House strongly enough!

Stay at Couch house
We had an amazing stay - the cottage was beautiful and so well equipped everything we’d need. The beds were so comfortable and every room was stunningly designed. It’s better than the pictures in real life. Located on the grounds of a lovely estate with nice walks just around the corner it made for the perfect stay. Thank you so much!!!

A lovely place to stay!
A spacious and well equipped house with many charming features. It has been upgraded to a high standard. The kitchen was a great social area for preparing meals, and the dining room was a fascinating place to enjoy them. Lovely private space outside to relax in the evening sunshine.

The Coach House more than met our expectations. We had a wonderful time in a great venue.
The one disappointment given the high spec venue was that there no soap/shampoo in the showers-otherwise perfect
