Owl Cottage is a detached cottage near the village of Napton-on-the-Hill, just four miles from Southam. The cottage sleeps two people and has one ground floor double bedroom with shower room and a first floor bathroom. Also in the cottage are an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a mezzanine sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Situated in the heart of Warwickshire, Please note: The hot tub will be available from 1st April 2026. Owl Cottage is a lovely romantic base from which to explore this wonderful part of the country.

A thriving village, mentioned in the Domesday Book, offering a 12th century church, a number of good pubs, excellent village store, Post Office, tea room and Marina with narrow boat hire. Close by, the historic town of Southam offers more amenties including a supermarket, regular farmer's market and leisure centre. Quiet, Peacefull & Relaxing "PERFECT"

Extremely clean, tidy has every think you need for your stay, garden is secure for your dog/s , excellent walks and views on your doorstep. all ready tried to book again for feb but dates unavailable- GUTTED. My only comment as didn't want the dogs to go upstairs would have preferred a settee than 2 chairs down stairs. I will go back when we can many thanks
