Clean room and friendly staff. However, there is a $25/day parking fee that was not explained to us. Also an additional $150 in other fees. We stayed for 2 nights, did not golf or use the 2 other resorts amenities and ended up having to pay $200 in fees in addition to our room rate. Still trying to get my $50 hold fee refunded a week after my trip. Won’t stay there again.

Grounds are beautiful! Breakfast was more than adequate! Pool area is lovely! The parking fee of $25 a day was a surprise. The rationale is not especially helpful—the weather was not great for the beach and the bars were not open at the included resorts.

The room was nice but smelled strongly of bleach so after airing out it was ok. A golfers haven but blowing the greens off after the rain at 6:30am was a little early.

Nice little hotel, but so much wasted potential. No bar anymore, and the breakfast is carbolicious. No real breakfast aside from breads, muffins, and party.
