I was on the 1st floor and my blinds were broken so I had to use my 2 towels they provided as curtains… bathroom had mold. My room smelled like sewer. When I got there the office and bar were closed and I couldn’t check in. I had tried to call an hour before I got there no answer got there at 8:50 pm on a Thursday.. after getting there and finding the office I saw a sign that said late check in go to holiday inn. the day before I called to verify check in & told them I’d be getting there about 9 or 10 and she should have told me then just go to holiday inn…. Also note I had to call multiple times and email in before I got a call back…. The bar was nice the location was great but I personally would not stay here again and thankfully this was a solo trip bc the lack of counter space, hooks for hanging stuff and the bathroom conditions I’m so glad I didn’t bring my family.

The room was very nice, but it was very dirty. There were a lot of cockroaches. The location was very good, but everything was still very dirty. It needs more cleaning. I don't think I would go back again.

There was no parking since people that are not staying there took all the spaces going to the beach. Our window blind doesn’t cover the entire window leaving no privacy. People were hanging in front of our window and the parking lot right in front of our window with people looking in. To make matters worse, we came back from dinner to find 2 cockroaches on the bed. We slept with the light on afraid of roaches crawl on our bed. Before we leave, we found one more cockroach. The experience was horrible.

Rooms are terrible and do not look like the rooms in the pictures. Never had housekeeping services clean up room of restock towels. The only thing positive was the beach access.
