Family Getaway

This property is absolutely beautiful. Almost everything you may need is included in the house, from the kitchen to extra beach towels to pool and beach items. We absolutely loved spending time as a family at this property.

Great Time!

This house was perfect for our family! It was very clean upon arrival. Having a private pool was a plus. Also, if you forget any beach toys, don’t worry because that too is provided! I am looking forward to booking this place again next summer.

Back for the second year in a row and did not disappoint!! The home worked perfectly for our family of three couples. It is beautifully decorated and clean. Every kitchen gadget that we needed was available. We enjoyed the pool/spa every day and the front porch every morning!

Great house.

The house was perfect and had plenty of room for our family. It was fully equipped except for laundry soap. We stayed on the 4th and the house was in line with the fireworks. Great quiet location. Having a pool was the best part for the kids with plenty of floats and pool toys. I would recommend this home to any family. Thanks for a great stay!

Walking or driving distance to the beach with little hassle but far enough to not hear the hustle and bustle. Clean, cool and I have to say I was so surprised by all the fun things provided. Especially the water and ice maker on the fridge. Great place.

Great Family House

Enjoyed our weekend stay at this Property! House was clean, plenty of space for our Family, and stocked with all of our Beach needs. We just had trouble checking-in, we were not send the key code to the Key Box but Customer Service helped us right away. He extreme Heat made for unpleasant Pool water temperature but Kids still had a great time. We definitely rent this house again!

This beautiful home was extremely equipped with everything a home should have ,Ive stayed in several vacations home never have i seen a binder with all the restaurants listed and updated that wss really helpful the pool was amazing 👏 my kids loved it I diffently coming back soon didn't get a chance to ride the bikes but I will next time

This is all you could ask for and more!

This place was worth EVERY PENNY! The location was amazing. Great views of the bay from the front and back decks. Those gorgeous sunsets accompanied by the nice breeze were exactly what we were after when we booked this. It's quieter on the bay side so we liked that a lot. We stayed with four adults and two children and had more than ample space. The open living area had lounging room for all of us to unwind after a hot day at the beach and other NEARBY activities. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a large meal for everyone in your party with plenty of seating in the dining room. The master bedroom is quite large and has its own balcony that walks down to the pool area. The pool... just WOW! The pool and hot tub shine in an already star studded lineup of amenities. The attached garage was stocked with PLENTY of pool floaties and also bicycles to cruise around on. The garage also had a fridge to fill with... sodas... so you don't have to trek upstairs for another... umm... soda. Our family were all impressed with the cleanliness and attention to accommodation. Do yourself a favor and book it. You will not be disappointed! We will definitely keep this at the top of our list for our annual vacation to SPI. Thank you to the owners and Vacasa for providing such a relaxing and memorable experience. This place is a gem. Well done!

Definitely a winner

The beach is my happy place and this house made me happy. The house had an elegant beach theme throughout. It smelled clean when we walked I. The door. The amenities in the bathroom were as if we were at a hotel. The house had two balconies one of the master bedroom and the other off the den. The outdoor furniture was clean and balconies had no bird poop. The house had plenty of games including a table with a checker board. The den had two big comfortable recliners and coach. The house had plenty of natural light. The kitchen was nice and big. It was fully stocked with anything you needed even a blender and Keurig coffee maker. There were TVs in every room with instructions. The house has a pool and the garage had all you will need for the beach. The boogie boards were all broken but there was plenty of other beach and pool things such as a wagon, floats, chairs, noodles, etc. they even had six bikes. There was even another refrigerator in the garage. There was a nice laundry room with a big sink, so washing after the beach was great. There was so many nice things about this house that they outweigh the things that could be better. The downstairs bedroom had water rust stain in the tub, we needed instructions for the hot tub and lights. When we pushed the button on the hot tub, the water drained out. The mattresses could use bed toppers to make them more comfortable. All and all I would and will try to rent this property every time.

Minor nit picky things but overall a great 5 star experience!

Given that it is hurricane season and bugs tend to come out, or rather come inside, we’ve found 3 big cockroaches in stages of life. Also the hot tub portion nor the pool area did not have the water jets or heating capabilities functioning, a pool person came by in the middle of our stay to add more chlorine tablets was asked about it which he replied that he will come back in a few minutes with tools to check and decided to just drive off. Again, as the title states, it is rather nitpicky things but if we were supposed to be vacationing, these things should’ve been addressed ahead of time. BUT the property was amazing, overall stay was amazing, definitely would return!

It was nice

The house was clean and well-stocked. Our family really enjoyed the spacious kitchen/living area and front balcony, but the pool was disappointing. The floor was pitted and rough, there was a lot of sand in it, and the water was cloudy.

Perfect House!!!

This house was wonderful for my family and I!!! It was in Bay side vs Ocean side. However it is a short trip over to the beach. This house was on a dead end street cause of running into the bay, so it was very peaceful and quite vs what the ocean side is like. We needed this calmness! Only thing not perfect was the construction workers building a house near this house. They blasted music all day and made tons of noise from building a house. However we loved this place so much we just tried to ignore it. The owners can't control house construction near their house, obviously. This house has everything you need!!! We hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you for an amazing experience and house!!!

Family getaway

Every summer our family goes to the island for a little getaway. Usually rent a condo but this time we opted to rent a house and absolutely loved it! We will be renting again soon!

Great home and fully equipped!

Spacious, cozy, and has everything you would need for your stay and for your beach trip. The only issue was the shower head in the master bathroom and the water drip in the garage. There are other full restrooms so we were okay! The water in the garage was manageable since we did not have any little kids and we were careful when walking in and out. With those issues resolved, 11/10 on this house! -plenty of outdoor seating with spacious deck. -kitchen has everything you need! -easy to locate items -super organized

New Years Eve 2021

This place is absolutely amazing. I only gave 4 stars for location because it is a little tricky to get to and we couldn’t see any fireworks from this side. It is the bayside, but this house is fantastic! The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are awesome and very clean.
