This condo was semi- redone as of March 2022. We rent this address as a duplex
side by side, each side is 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Upstairs this space is a 2
bedroom & 2 bathroom up and 1 bedroom / 1 bath room down and has a separate
entrance lots of sleeping space for your family. This is the entire left hand
side of the building upstairs and downstairs.
This setup is perfect for a bit more privacy is combining families or
generational travel. This home has an eclectic beach house vibes. If you are
looking for brand new white quartz cookie cutter, this isn’t your spot to
consider as it has personality.
On top floor the open concept kitchen opens to living room.bedrooms have all
new furniture too..
End of street you can actually fish as City owns that. (we do not guarantee
you catch fish :) )
This is a duplex consisting of two separate condos unit 1 (a) is the left
side, whereas unit 2 (b) is the right side. Both sides have 2 levels. The pool
in the back is shared. Each unit 1 and or 2 are stand alone condos - they
share nothing in common except shared pool and parking
This listing is NOT for a stand alone home as one total unit unless you rented
out both sides
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
*Free Parking Off Street
The patio and pool are some of the best parts! The Patio has chairs to watch
the sunset, with great bay views on a fairly quiet street. Just 1.5 walkable
blocks to the beach & public beach access points. Pool is brand new as of
March 2022. The downstairs unique walks right out to the pool.
The 2 bedroom part is so going up 1 flight of stairs tjat os required. 2
included off street parking spaces are included. We do allow up to 12 people -
however 8 is less than ideal as this 3 bedrooms youd have some kids in the
mix.
King bed in master plus a small fold down couch perfect for kiddos. 2nd
bedroom has a bunk bed but bottom bunk is a Queen, top bunk is adult sized
double bed. The 2nd bedroom please note is smaller, and children should watch
themselves getting into top bunk as there is a ceiling fan present. Downstairs
is another bunk double on bottom twin bed on top plus a fold down couch in the
living room.
The pool and backyard are shared space.with the other side of this duplex,
FYI. Combine both sides to accommodate many.. We also have a private home even
closer to bay same street with private pool & jacuzzi that allows up to 14
more people for family get togethers. Just message us for a price on all.

verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to
book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional
requirements
