Stayed for a week in November. Things were mostly quiet. As everyone else mentions, the check-in process requires a couple different stops around the city and is only a little inconvenient. The property is just steps away from the beach and is really close to some of the popular gathering spots on the island. Would stay here again.

The condo itself was great, had everything we needed. The Tiki Property and staff were lovely. Check in had issues. First it's very inconvenient that you have to check in at a completely separate property (La Copa Resort). Then when we arrived at the Tiki, our reservation wasn't there (La Copa Vacations never sent over any of the reservation information). We spent over an hour just trying to check in to the room.

The overall condo deal was a great overall deal. Please don’t increase the price. The beach is a close to 223. The manager at La Copa in was very nice to give us extra towels, no questions asked. My feedback is to have an office for check-in/ checkout service a little closer instead of driving all the way to La Copa Inn. We had to drive a little to get our breakfast from at La Copa. The bathroom floor was always wet and we did not know from what, I killed 2 roaches. I think this is it. Thanks for the good deal.

Easy Check-in, great family and pet friendly condos. It is a bit aged but well maintained. The price is quite reasonable for the amenities provided. The beach is within 50 yards of the property. Umbrella and loungers are available for daily rental. At the beach.
