Location was great, beach was never over crowded in this area. Check-in was so easy, communication was clear and prompt at all times, the condo was as described and was a great fit for our needs! The extra beach gear provided was a big hit with the kids and adults! Thank you for an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to come back again.

Great Location

The condo is located at the end of the beach and just enough away from the most popular and crowded spots. It was perfect for our family of older kids because I could keep an eye on them at the beach from the balcony.

Sea Vista is the Best!

Smaller condo unit; less beach traffic in front of you since it is the southernmost condo on SPI!The Weise's are the best managers of their properties; very responsive, cordial and attentive!

Great location and features

Had a great time in this efficient lodging. Living area and primary bedroom have terrific views of Gulf, and the other bedrooms have windows with views too owing to this being a corner unit. Sixth story accessed by elevator provides sweeping views. Kitchen well accessorized. Overall, very happy.

Great Beach Getaway

This was the perfect condo for our family! It was quiet, clean, and close to the beach. The accommodations had all the things we needed for a nice weekend getaway. We would definitely recommend this location and would stay there again the next time we visit South Padre.

Great Beach vacation

Wonderful location, top floor 3 bedroom condo with ample space! Beautiful views of the beach, and sunrise! can hear the ocean waves roll from the spacious balcony. We loved our family time! Would definitely come again!

Great Condo

We loved the location, views and cleanliness of our condo. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Becky was great with communication and we couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Excellent location

For several years, we have stayed in this condo complex. This particular unit is located on the top floor on the extreme southern end of the complex. It is without question the best located unit in either of the two buildings in this complex.

Cozy, comfortable and great views!!

We’ve been coming to SPI for a few years now but mostly stayed on the north end and decided to stay south this time around. Glad I booked this condo! This condo is easy to get to instead of driving through the island traffic first thing into town and it is on the quiet side of the island (beach access is convenient too). The condo is in a gated community so I felt pretty safe in that regard. The pool is a bit small but we spent most of the time on the beach or the balcony in the evening. The condo has everything you need, from towels, beach toys, chairs to a canopy tent which was SO extremely useful!! The views are amazing and I was impressed that you could see the SpaceX facility and launch pad! It’d be a great spot to watch launches!!! The games and books on the shelf were great … good selection of books! Loved that there were extra stand fans in two of the rooms. The kitchen table has been updated and different from what is pictured, I personally would have preferred the one shown in the picture as this table looks like it took up more space and we bumped ways between the coffee table and the corner of the kitchen table. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were super comfortable in this condo and would definitely come back!

Great locatio

Condo was very comfortable and was exactly what was advertised. Location was beautiful!! Beds were comfortable and we really appreciated how well it was stocked. We especially appreciated having a canopy to use on the beach!! Only issue to note was that the floors weren't very clean but there were clean towels, bedding was clean, and kitchen appeared clean. Overall it was a great place to unwind and spend time with family.

Complete Package

This 3 bedroom/2 bath is a family's dream. Lots of seating, comfortable furniture (loved the swivel chairs) & great access to the beach. The condo was stocked w/toys, chairs, canopy & more. The smallest details to make your stay easy was not forgotten. Kitchen fully stocked w/appliances, spices & service for probably 20! View of both the Gulf & SpaceX was amazing.

Perfect Location!

Outstanding Condoes at South Padre

This Condo has everything you need for a large family. The view of the beach is less then a 1/4 mile away and was beautiful from the Master bedroom and living room area. Many mornings and nights I enjoyed just sitting on my fenced in porch on the sixth floor and was able to see for many miles down the beach and out into the ocean. The elevator made going to the sixth floor with all my luggage and fishing gear a breeze. The Jetti is only a few miles down the beach, and had many species of fish to catch. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were beautiful. I will be returning in the near future. The manager was always attentive and answered all my email questions prior to my arrival within a day of me sending emails to him. The only thing I would suggest is and upgrade on some of the living room furniture as it was a little uncomfortable due to old cushioning going flat and the Master bedroom could use a blackout curtain for those who want to sleep in, as the sun shines through the thin privacy blind. The Master bedroom could also have a locking door for privacy. Other then that it more than met my expectations.

Family vacation

The condo was clean and stocked with everything you would need for a stay. You only need to bring your clothes. We stayed for two weeks and it was amazing. The view is incredible. I loved waking up and seeing the ocean just out our living room window. I would highly recommend this place for your vacation.
