We very much enjoyed the condo, the sunset views were amazing. It had everything you needed to cook your meals. We loved the dock and spent most evenings fishing. The walk to the public access for the beach was an easy walk.

Beautiful condo & gorgeous views. Kitchen was extremely well equipped.Great location. Walkable to stores, restaurants & the beach.Owner was very responsive to a few minor quirks at check in.

Gorgeous views, lots of room, nice pool area, great fishing off the dock, super clean, safe gated area with quick communication. We will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10

Beautiful & Relaxing

Communication was great. Very responsive owner and property manager. The condo was beautiful. The view was amazing. The sunsets were stunning. We saw dolphins swim by several times. We saw sharks and stingrays as well. There is a dock for easy fishing, though January is not conducive for catching fish. The condo itself had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. I can't say enough about the views from the dining room and balcony. Photos don't do it justice. I do recommend bringing gallon jugs of water. SPI water does not taste good. The location of the condo was convenient to everything on the island. I enjoyed that there is a sidewalk on Laguna, just one block down from the condo. I was able to take lovely walks almost every day. We recommend visiting the Turtle Sanctuary. 🐢 That was eye opening. Everyone in our group enjoyed it. Gabriella's Pizza Express was very delicious. Nautico had some great fish tacos. We went on a guided fishing tour in the bay, and our guide recommended Los Tortugas in Port Isabel to cook up our catch. They did not disappoint. We highly recommend this condo. We'd love to stay here again in the future.

Best place to stay on SPI!

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed at SPI. The condo is so clean and so roomy. A very well stocked home. If you forget something, it’s probably available in the condo. Beach towels, fishing poles, cooking oil, just everything. We especially loved the fishing pier.

Large 3 bedroom! Boat slip! Gated property with covered parking. Unmatched view of Bay & Sunsets!

Beautiful, roomy, 3-bedroom top floor condo with breathtaking views of Laguna Madre. Nightly sunsets were simply spectacular! Balcony patio is a perfect spot for a glass of wine and to take in all the activities on the bay. A short walk to pick up my morning latte 'at Cafe Karma 'they knew me by name' and then a relaxing walk on the beach! Water activities were easily available, paddle boarding, wind surfing, jet skiing, etc. We got wind surfing lessons and were able to rent, equipment right next door to the condo. The unit comes with a boat slip, we have a 22' ft boat - it was well protected. My husband would just walk on to the boat in the morning, catch some trout and clean them at the convenient fish cleaning station all in time for breakfast. The slip made it easy to enjoy fishing and time on the water, but we also caught fish from the large dock. The property is gated, the host arranged for us to have a remote for the. There is a large elevator, this was handy to assist us when taking luggage and groceries to the condo. The condo has modern appliances. There is a pool, hot tub (another perfect spot to enjoy the sunset), and sauna. In addition, the host provided a reference list of restaurants, activities, spa salons, which was very nice! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :)

Misrepresented

We chose this location from the online pictures and description of the property, with views of the bay. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the outside shutter to the dining area was broken (closed). It appeared that the owner was aware of this before we rented the property. We wish we had been informed!!! We were very disappointed!

Great location and property! Plenty of room for our family for sleeping and hanging out. Loved the balcony area. Amazing views of the bay. Nice pool and hottub. Would definitely stay here again!
