¡Este es uno de los lugares más activos y divertidos de la playa! Este condominio de 1 habitación tiene una excelente vista del Golfo de México y hermosas playas de South Padre Island. Venga a disfrutar de la piscina climatizada y el jacuzzi. El condominio cuenta con una cama king size y futón de tamaño completo en el dormitorio. Reina sofá cama en la sala de estar. La cocina y el salón son abiertos y luminosos. ¡La cocina está totalmente equipada hasta la licuadora! Incluso puedes ver las actividades en la playa desde tu silla de vago. ¡Hay una barra de sonido equipada con Bluetooth para que disfrutes de tu música! Beba su café en la alta mesa y sillas estilo café en su balcón privado. La unidad también cuenta con internet inalámbrico. La unidad está ubicada en el 3er piso, hay un ascensor. Música en vivo y un excelente menú están al lado en el bar WANNA WANNA Beach. Perfect for my solo trip to South Padre, it was exactly what I was needing. The location was unbeatable—close to several hot spots and with an amazing view and easy access to the beach. It was the perfect place to unwind and feel at home. The condo itself was super cozy and comfortable. The host was friendly, communicative, and made both check-in and check-out a breeze. I truly appreciated how easy everything was!I will absolutely be staying here again!

Perfect Location

Perfect location! Centrally located on the island right on the beach. Everything is easy to get to. Home has a beautiful view of the beach and everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. In my opinion it is the best section of beach on the island. Regina is an amazing host who goes above and beyond. I had issues with VBRO not allowing me to see images she sent and she was very understanding while we were getting it figured out. Tip login on computer;) After arriving at the property we had a small concern. Regina called me immediately after sending a message and had someone at the property within minutes to get it situated. I have never had to contact a host at any properties that I have rented and hopefully I don't have to again because Regina set that bar extremely high. Do not hesitate to rent this property!

Weekend Getaway

The check-in and check-out processes were notably efficient. The condo was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as cookware, a toaster, and utensils, which made meal preparation quite convenient. The beach was also easily accessible. "Wanna wanna" is conveniently located nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed listening to music on the patio each evening while watching the fireworks. The pool area offered several chairs, though there was only one table with an umbrella. The pool water was very warm. I would recommend using the pool in the early morning or late evening hours, as the water can become quite warm otherwise. Owner responds promptly. I recommend.

A Very Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed the condo and amenities very much. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach view, pool & hot tub were all very nice. The location was great for an easy commute to everything we wanted to do in town. Thank you!

Location was amazing, quick access to the beach! Condo had all amenities listed in description. However, it seemed as if condominium hadn’t had a cleaning in some time. Bed was a bit soft for our particular taste, and a noisy. We also had to contact condominium staff to supply us with trash bags as there were none to properly fit any trash cans available.

Week End stay.

The property is conveniently located on the island. The access to the beach is good. The condo is somewhat small. The only problem with listing is that it says it sleeps 4 people. That is a little misleading since it only has a king size bed and the couch. And, the couch was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Can’t get much closer to the beach

Had a great stay. Clean and bright condo with a view of the beach. We would spend mornings and evenings enjoying the ocean breeze. Comfy bed and all the amenities of home. Easy access to the beach and chairs/cooler supplied. Rentals available at the beach if preferred. Coffee, restaurants close by and convenient. Washer/dryer available on the same floor and they take contactless payment so you don’t need quarters. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay.....right on the beach which I LOVED! The condo was clean.....had everything we needed. Lots of restaurants nearby.The only bad thing was we didn't get to stay long enough!

Great getaway

The condo was just steps away from the beach. The free island trolley stop was right in front. When we chose to Uber it was less than $6 plus tip. The condo was cute and cozy. The owner and manager were very accommodating.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This was our best stay yet in SPI yet!! Beautifully renovated condo with an amazing view of the gulf!! The Wanna Wanna bar and grill is next door with great live music, food, and drinks! There was no worry about outside noise as the bar was closed by midnight and bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo. You are literally a two minute walk down and out to the beach!
