Amazing property, and they’ve thought of everything you could need. High-end furnishings and appliances. Prime location. Property management company had amazing communication from start to finish. Property was pristinely clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Worth the money!

Property manager was great, communicated very well, property was absolutley perfect. It was very clean, had everything we needed as well. It is very centrally located on the strip in South Lake Tahoe so it is very easy to get to and from. The condo sits right on the lake so the views are amazing. Very short walk to a local beach area which we enjoyed two different days during our stay. Our kids loved coming back and jumping in the pool and then the hot tub as well. It was also very nice to be able to park your car in a garage. Great place. Expensive but worth the money.

Beautiful

We stayed end of May. Weather was high of 75 and low in the 40s. Beautiful house on the water. Excellent location in South Lake. What you see is what you get. We stayed here for 4 days. We felt at home while there and enjoyed the views every day. We cooked in the kitchen and on the grill several times and everything worked perfectly. The Master suite does get stuffy and they do not want you lowering the A/C below 72 which is understandable, but the fan did helped a little. I did not feel that the beds were 4 season level, but beds are different for all people. Even with those two things that I personally would change I still give 5 stars. Communication was very good and always courteous and nice. Loved having our own garage. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Peak #14

Overall the stay was good. The condo was stuffy and they tried to address the air issues but it never fully cooled down at night. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was stuck on the low setting and we were unable to move it. It would be great if the property would supply a few beach chairs for people to use during their stay. Overall it was a good stay.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sierra Shores. The house was beautiful…spotless, spacious and had every amenity we could want. We did a lot of cooking and were very impressed with the top of the line appliances and cookware. The views from the deck were gorgeous and there was plenty of comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the lake. If we ever make it out that way again, we will definitely stay at this property. Stunning! Thank you for having us.

AMAZING!!!

This property was exceptional. We went with a family group of 7 ranging from 12-68 years old. This home was perfect. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The view was spectacular. The house was well equipped with everything you need and a lot of extras!! The location was perfect. Just minutes to shopping, restaurants and activities. Would highly recommend!!

unparalleled views and close to fun activities

The property was as advertised...gorgeous lakeside views in a very private, quiet neighborhood. There was an incredible master suite, large living room and kitchen area with all the kitchen items you would need, plus a bonus room on main level where kids could go and play or watch a movie. There were some toys, games and books for kids even though they didn't mention that. We ate out on the patio and enjoyed the serene view and cool mornings and nights. Due to the water runoff from last year, there was no beach right off the steps...they usually have 20 feet of beach, but just a short walk to the right (through the water or around on the street) was a nice little beach. Water was clear, clean and perfect temp. There is a big carpeted staircase at the entry to get to the main level and then 3 steps and another staircase up to the top level so if you have small kids like we did, I recommend renting the baby gates from them. We also rented high chairs and pack-n-plays so we didn't have to bring them and they were there as promised. They management co was very communicative and quickly responsive to any questions or needs. There is a Safeway in walking distance which is super convenient. We did run out of trash bags because there were 10 of us and not that many to start with but that is super minor of course. Also, there is no smoking so the guys were bummed to not be able to sit on the patio and smoke a cigar. Overall a 10 and we would definitely go there again!

Sierra Shores retreat

Wonderful property with beautiful views unfortunately problems with one of the bathroom showers and a leak overshadowed this lovely property. In addition the advertised pool and hot tub were unavailable during the entirety of our stay.

Great stay!

We loved this place! Plenty of room for our group of 8--every bedroom has its own bathroom. The common area is huge and we all could eat together at the big square dining table. We also loved the extra sitting/tv room--perfect to keep the tv noise away from the rest of the condo. Our only problems--the heating element in the top oven was broken, the stove is a little odd (hard to get the burners to light) and the refrigerator is very loud. Also--beware! The refrigerator door needs to be slammed shut or it stays ajar. Overall we got used to the kitchen problems and had a wonderful time. Thanks!

Amazing Property

Fantastic place. Spacious and well appointed. Spectacular lake views. Nice walks on the beach. 5 minute drive to Heavenly and casinos. Groceries across street and CVS a short walk as well. Great master bed and bath. High end appliances including huge fridge, double oven and gas stove, plus gas grill on deck. RnR was fantastic and very responsive. Perfect vacation all the way around. Highly recommend!
