Spring Break Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town to ski at Wolf Creek, about a 20 minute drive. The house was new and clean and we loved it! A nice, quiet location across from the Rio Grande. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great. We had an issue with the ceiling fans and the host got right on it. It was fixed very quickly. We really enjoyed it.

Great place to stay in South Fork, CO

The property was new, very clean and well appointed. There were special touches provided by the local management company, Creede Collection, that included specially packaged supplies for the kitchen and Aveda products in the bathroom. The towels were plush and plentiful and the beds were comfortable. Everything worked well and the lighting was really good compared to other places I have stayed before. The management company was very responsive to any question I asked and they were helpful. The location was close to town and by the river in a nice neighborhood. I would choose to stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: the house was very nice. but there needs to be night lights all through the house. it is way to dark. that’s why we didn’t stay the last night because it was just too dark. it would have been better if there was street lights or something. but there’s nothing.

Great place in South Fork

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect size for my family. It was newly constructed. It had plenty of new towels, which is a nice touch. We are big coffee people and they had a small drip coffee maker - a 5 cup only. There was also a Keurig in the closet. They provided a days worth of grounds, so if you staying longer bring more or there is a great coffee/breakfast place in SF that I recommend and that is the Tiny Timber Resort. On your way out of town you should also stop by Grande Premium Meats, it’s a ranch inbetween SF and Del Norte. They have elk and reindeer you can walk up to the fence and see. You should definitely go into the store - they have a variety of products - I really liked the meat sticks! We had a great stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving and I will definitely be back.
