Spacious and comfortable living areas. Clean, great amenities. Quiet and beautiful area. Easy process from start to finish. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property! Spacious, well appointed and clean! It is situated between the golf course and river. We did it all - golfing, fishing, hiking and a visit to Creede! The property management team is very responsive and helpful too. We will be back!!

Quiet, clean and comfortable

We were in town for a funeral and needed a last minute booking. This place was fantastic and we wished we would have been there under different circumstances to enjoy the property more. Absolutely zero complaints.

South Fork visit

The townhome was perfect for our two families and all the kids! Great location in town, just minutes from restaurants and the grocery store. Excellent and easy communication with the property manager. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious and comfortable. The only thing we would change is the mattresses on queen and king size beds and better shower heads. Otherwise, we had a wonderful visit and will definitely rent this property again. I would recommend it to friends and family as well!

Nice place, but we were disappointed with several things! Most windows were broken and could not easily be opened or closed. The screens were also on terrible shape. The VRBO posting listed TVs in each bedroom but three of them did not work. The sheets and towels are very old and need replaced! We contacted the management company to discuss these concerns and their response was “we are aware of the issues with the TVs and the windows and they will be fixed/replaced after your departure”. This did not help us at all!! The management company also said they would contact the owner to discuss a possible refund but they never provided an updated. This place needs some work. We love visiting South Fork but we will look for other options next time!
