Hotel is very basic. Good enough for a one night stop.
Yesterday I received a text message asking me to pre register for my checkin. I had to fill in all the details, photograph my id, bla bla bla
Today when I arrived, the person at the front desk was not friendly (kind of grumpy), made me redo do the entire registration, then changed my card.
When I said I had already done the registration and paid through Expedia, she rudely said I just do what I am told.
When I got to my room I had received 4 messages from Expedia saying I had been charged. I hope I haven’t paid for the room 4 times.
Service in the US is usually over the top good. This place kinda sucks.
