Dan is an excellent host - he lives right next door! Great place to stay a night or two and best for one couple or a couple with small kids since there is one bedroom, living room with pull out couch and Dan’s office. It is a small cottage that they have done a great job with!! Outside has corn hole and a small lap pool. There is a sink, microwave and beverage fridge with some silverware and dishes. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep. Pull out couch is old style with a bar in the middle - best for children. Dan had flowers and fruit waiting for us. He is an excellent host
