In an old Hotel from the 1930s, designed by the famous architect Gomez, Igor is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator). Its strong point is a magnificent terrace of 50 m2 with triple orientation west, south, north which allows you to take all meals and relax in the shade or in the sun with a breathtaking view of the canal and the lake. Completely renovated in 2019, with beautiful materials and respecting the art deco style, the apartment measures 65 m2, has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open kitchen and a beautiful living-dining room. A parking space and a bicycle garage are available.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Perfect location, excellent view

This is a great flat. The location is ideal - just at the end of the main street in Hossegor so all the shops, ice cream parlours, cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away. The nearest patisserie (Lucas) is about one minute from the flat and does excellent bread and pastries. The flat is also just across the bridge and a short walk from the beaches on the lake and the sea with a decent sized supermarket en route. The flat itself is great. The kitchen is really convenient and well equipped, all the windows have shutters and the windows are highly effective at keeping out any noise from the street below. The roof terrace has a fantastic view of the lake and is a lovely spot to relax in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, en excellent état et bien situé en centre ville. Très pratique pour les petites courses au dernier moment. La terrasse est grande et agréable même si elle est moins bien exposée au soleil qu'en été. La vue est magnifique.

D‘excellentes vacances en famille

Résidence très bien située à côté du centre ville et du lac. L’océan est 10-15 minutes à pied. L’appartement est bien équipé, il a une vraie personnalité, la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables. Un très grand merci à Aude pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied (ou à vélo), cosy, très bien équipé et en parfait état, avec une très belle terrasse sans vis à vis et une vue dégagée qui donne un esprit "maison".
