I have stayed here many times and my last 2 stays were horrible. They put me in a handicap room and when I went to take a shower water was everywhere. I asked for a mop or towels to clean up the water. They sent someone to the room who didn’t speak English so this person didn’t understand anything I was saying. Finally an another housekeeper came along and cleaned up the water.

Very very clean rooms always in common areas. The property is older and good very much use an upgrade but it did not have anything to do with how I slept or showered or anything like that. You could tell the curtains head holes in them the light shades had dents in them there were some stains on the carpet but like I said it had nothing to do with how I slept or bath. Everything was wonderful. Especially the staff.

I’ve stayed here on numerous occasions and this stay was horrible. My toilet didn’t work and the sink was stopped up. I called front desk to let Chris know what was going on. He said I don’t have any available rooms at this time and hung up. Shortly after maintenance came up and he did fixed the toilet. I spent $217 I expect better service. I was truly disappointed with this stay!!!

Outdated, breakfast is trash and you have to pay for it and the pool was closed which was the main reason I selected this hotel in the area. This place is the equivalent to a motel 6 would not recommend.
