If you are expecting a luxurious hotel with all the bells and..... This is not for you. But great, friendly, clean experience, then definitely recommended. So nice.

As expected, mostly comfortable but cold rooms

Our was unremarkable in a neutral way. Check-in was swift, beds were comfortable and the breakfast good. The one thing that could be improved is that although we had booked well in advance, the room was unheated when arrived and it took about 45 min to reach somewhat comfortable temperature. Also note that there is no lift and 2 flight of stairs to climb to some rooms.

Low on service, high on cleanliness.

Nice clean bathrooms, room clean, brown carpet floors went out of style in the ‘70, but you still find them here. Staff is either terribly shy or borderline impolite. Not a “welcome, “good morning” or a “auf wiedersehen” Overpriced on service!
