A lovely stay at Sa Finqueta

We had a lovely two week stay in Sa Finqueta, which is a very well decorated and maintained finca. The gardens are lovely and it was so pleasant to sit and look at them and the backdrop of the surrounding mountains. It is a short walk to the Eroski supermarket and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Soller. The finca has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge and bedrooms. We enjoyed using the oranges from the trees in the garden to make delicious juice. Guillem was a very pleasant and helpful host. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday at Sa Finqueta.

A holiday haven

Sa Finqueta is the most stunning villa set in beautiful gardens. It is ideally located for a 10 min stroll into Soller or a 30 min walk into Port de Soller. We wanted for nothing during our fortnight stay as the villa is so well equipped and beautifully furnished . We holidayed with a toddler the fenced pool is perfect for child safety allowing us to relax . We will definitely return. Thank you to the kind attentive host who checked on our comfort regularly during our stay.

Spacious, beautiful villa just outside of Soller

A wonderful stay in Soller. I'm not sure we have ever had such a well outfitted vacation home, and being able to smell the orange blossoms and make fresh juice every day was a lovely experience. The owners are friendly and helpful. The property is large and surrounded by trees, but is an easy walk into town. We would love to return in the future.

Excellent house, attentive property management

Our family stayed at property for three weeks over the Christmas and New Year. Great property and location for active holiday! The house has all amenities a family need and want, it is stylishly decorated and warm and cozy during the winter period. It lives up to everyone’s expectation. Our sons really enjoyed the ping pong table and basket, as well as the really fast internet connection. My husband enjoyed the dramatic views of the mountains and easy access to hiking. I loved the garden best - picking fresh oranges, lemons and herbs or just sitting end enjoying the lovely colors and smells. The location is excellent with easy access to stores, Port Soller, biking rentals and an excellent tennis club. And Palma is only 20 min drive away! But the most amazing thing about this property is the owners hospitality and attentiveness! Questions were answered quickly and expertly, even the smallest of details were handled with care. We will definitely recommend the property and would look forward to visit them again next winter!

Great villa in private setting

We would highly recommend the villa for a family stay in Sóller . It’s well equipped and there are some lovely touches around the place including quality bed linen and , plenty of towels . The outdoor space was perfect for lounging by the pool and for the kids to play. It’s a good location for accessing both Sóller town and the port though we did need a car as it was a stretch to walk in the heat to the nearest restaurants and supermarkets . We advise booking ahead to eat during the summer months as it was very busy when we visited in August . Overall a lovely relaxing place to spend your vacation .

Superhouse, patio & pool...great location within walking distance to distance to Soller centre, a perfect base to explore NW coast and rest of the Island. Lovely owner who was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful house in a wonderful setting

We have spent 10 marvelous days in Sa Finqueta, at Soller. The house is beautiful, even more than it looks like in pictures. It is perfectly maintained, fully equipped with modern AC and all the required quality appliances for a confortable stay. It has a lovely garden with a gorgeous pool. The owner is attentive, responding to any request, while discreet. I highly recommend it, and I am looking forward to coming back!

Our favourite finca!

We've stayed in this finca a few times now. It's our favourite. The house is delightfully decorated, and there's aircon in all the rooms. The pool is a really nice size, and there's plenty of space for sitting outside, and plenty of opportunities for shade when you get too hot! A really good gas barbecue as well. Can't recommend enough!

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa and the property fully lived up to our expectations. There was plenty of space for two families, each with a toddler, and the pool fence gave us peace of mind. There was lots of space for the children to run around and they loved playing in the little wooden house. The property is a short 10/15 min walk from the centre of Soller with it's shops and restaurants and it was also very easy to access the supermarket and beach. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Brilliant villa for a family holiday

This is a really lovely villa on the outskirts of Soller. A great pool, nice bedrooms and a kitchen with everything you might need. The walk to Soller centre is a pleasant 15 min stroll, whilst to get the port is a short tram ride or a 5 min drive. I suspect we will be back!

Outstanding finca

Beautifully maintained and presented finca, inside and outside. Great outdoor facilities for cooking, dining, relaxing and swimming. Very spacious rooms and especially liked the amount of storage and good air con as hotter than usual during our stay. Good showers with good hot water and towels. Very convenient and safe location. Easy walk to shops. Marga was very welcoming. She organised a taxi that we needed but she was not at all intrusive. We hope to return next year. The best villa we have stayed in.

Lovely home, perfect for young families and ideal location

This villa is perfect for families with young children thanks to the gated pool and lots of toys and games which was a nice surprise. It's run very professionally and was lovely and clean. The location is perfect, a 10-15 minute walk into Soller town and a five minute drive to the Port.

An oasis

Really lovely finca. Very well stocked. Driving through the gates in this residential area you come across an oasis of green. Excellent location for access to Soller with ample cafes and restaurants. Great supermarket within 7min walk. Port de Soller a short drive or tram ride away.

Wonderful home!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. It is very well furnished and tastefully decorated. Plenty of dishes and lots of cookware. We didn’t use the pool (far too cold!) but it looked lovely. We were there in the dead of winter and so visitors need to be aware that many restaurants are closed but the temperature is still pleasant for outdoor activities. The house takes a little while to warm up, once the heating is on, but once it’s on it stays very cosy.

Fantastic!!

Very clean, well equipped, great location and everything you could want from a holiday home. Easy walk into town past the best supermarket in Sóller. Plenty of parking and lots of outdoor space. Totally safe for our 18 month old baby to run around and play (he particularly liked the little wooden house)! Kitchen was well equipped, BBQ was a fantastic addition, bedrooms were very spacious with lots of wardrobe space and comfy beds.

Ein Anwesen in bester Lage

Wir haben zehn wunderbare Tage in der Finca "Sa Finqueta" mit Kindern und Enkeln verbracht. Das Haus ist durch die stilvollen Anbauten rechts und links des alten Gebäudes geräumig und hell. Man hat von allen Zimmern, vom überdachten Vorplatz, von der bestens möblierten Terrasse und vom umzäunten Pool aus einen grandiosen Blick auf die umgebenden Berge der Sierra Tramuntana. Zwei moderne Badezimmer und eine große, voll eingerichtete Küche runden den positiven Eindruck ab. Unsere Enkel freuten sich besonders über die vorhandenen Spielzeuge und Fahrzeuge. Über ein fernbedienbares Tor gelangt man von einer engen Gasse auf das Gelände der Finca und hat dort einen großzügigen Parkplatz. Trotz der Nähe zur sogenannten Umgehungsstraße, die aus Palma kommend zum Hafen von Sóller führt, ist es auf der Finca mit ihren gepflegten Grünanlagen ruhig und beschaulich. - Die Kleinstadt Sóller mit Geschäften, dem Markt und dem zentralen Platz ist fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Fahrt mit dem Wagen in die Stadt (außer zum Supermarkt "Eroski") empfiehlt sich nicht, da die Zahl der Parkplätze begrenzt ist. - Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Leuten, sprechen Spanisch und Englisch und sind sofort zur Stelle, wenn es eine Frage oder ein Problem gibt.
