Increíble casa frente al río Kenai con hermosas vistas

Casa recién amueblada ubicada en el río Kenai con una pasarela a un muelle de pesca privado con estación de limpieza de peces. Hermosas vistas desde la cubierta envolvente. Cuatro dormitorios y tres baños se encuentran en la casa principal. Un dormitorio y un baño se encuentran en la tienda / garaje independiente de la propiedad y solo están disponibles de mayo a octubre. El nivel principal cuenta con una gran cocina gourmet, sala de estar con chimenea, comedor, 3 habitaciones (una King principal y dos habitaciones con reinas) y 2 baños, lavandería, terraza acristalada y una gran terraza con hermosas vistas del río Kenai. El sótano de salida recientemente renovado incluye un bar cocina, sala de juegos, mesa de billar, sala de literas con 4 camas matrimoniales y un baño completo adjunto.

Imasaka Family Reunion

Awesome rental with all sorts of family friendly activities. Outdoor fire pit, bbq grill, lanai with seating to view the Kenai river, indoor fireplace, pool table, etc. that kept my entire family busy for our weeklong stay. To top it off, we had a hot run of Kenai reds and Homer halibuts. Couldn’t ask for more and will definitely return again.

Kansas wedding

Our Daughter got married in Soldotna and our immediate family all stayed together in this amazing house. There was room to relax and enjoy each other, especially the access to the Kenai River. the view from the kitchen window is amazing. If you have a big group, this is a great place to be. You would actually never have to leave it!

Alaska family vacation

The house is actually nicer than the pictures. It’s just outside Soldatna on a gravel road on the banks of the Kenai along with some other nice homes. Plenty of room for everybody. We were in between salmon runs so bank fishing was unsuccessful. So we primarily fished on the Russian river in Cooper Landing 50 minutes away. We caught so many quality rainbows that we lost count. It was truly epic.

Fourth Time Stay

As always, accommodations were wonderful. Our family greatly enjoyed the home, river and Soldotna area. Mike and Janine are wonderful people to work with. They take a lot of care in their home which shows in the additions they make to an already perfect place to vacation.

Amazing River Property

This place was absolutely amazing and everything we imagined and more. The communication beforehand was great as they answered every question clearly and quickly. The check in process was seamless and easy. But the property…. Was truly amazing. River views from everywhere, super clean and the house has tons of room. It had everything we could ever use. Oh and the fishing was amazing…. Careful of the one log under the middle of the dock that ate my red gear over and over again. You couldn’t do much better than this property. Second time staying on this street in the last two years. 5 stars and highly recommended.

Very helpfull

We had a great stay. The house perfect. There was something for everyone. We had a small hiccup with the fridge. They went above and beyond to remedy the problem. They kept us in the loop the whole time. I would definitely stay here again.

Family wedding

My niece got married in Ak. I took my 2 kids, their spouses, sister and her kids. The house could not have been any better! I was large, clean , on the Kenai River and in a great location! Would highly recommend for any large groups

Great for families

Our large extended family age 4 yr to 67 years loved this beautiful home. Lots of space to spread out. Despite the rainy weather we had a great time by the fire pit. The kitchen has everything to do with cooking you could ask for. The home was clean and well kept. As a frequent VRBO user for many years this has been my favorite. We hope to come back again. Also for anyone who needs something to do during the rain my adult kids tell me the shop has excellent acustics.

Fishing and Family Fun

The view was incredible! Caught many salmon from the fantastic fishing platform. We saw eagles nearly everyday and owls in the evening. The house was extremely comfortable with every amenity provided. There was plenty of room for our family and the location was perfect. We have made so many family memories. The house is well appointed and directly on the Kenai. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house has an outdoor cleaning station and a large freezer if you’re coming for the fishing. Thanks for a great stay!
